What is the “Higher Self”?

Your “Higher Self”

As Humans, we are essentially spiritual beings, derived from the original God-source and composed of all the elements of His Being. We were created to manifest God’s consciousness in descending spheres of matter of correspondingly increasing density. These spheres were formed on progressively lower planes during our descent into manifestation and matter as part of our evolutionary cycle. Our evolutionary path is a cycle from the unity of the Godhead, down through a period of developing a separate individual self-consciousness, and then a return up to unity, now with a fully developed self-consciousness and awareness within the unified whole. Thus God is Himself experiencing manifestation within matter through extensions of parts of Himself going through long evolutionary cycles through various planes of density. “We exist to manifest God. This does not mean as master and slave or as director and robot. It means exactly what it literally says: a manifestation of God. God and you are one to the extent you recognize and enact that oneness. When you think of God as separate and distinct from you, there is that separation only in your thinking; God is still one with you. When you are able to regard yourself both as one with God and as an individual personality expressing God you are able to co-operate with God. In this co-operation you are a means whereby infinite Mind operates or performs actions in the finite or manifest world.

“You are a trinity of three phases of consciousness, which may be regarded and addressed as Superconscious, Conscious and Subconscious.

“The Superconscious or real Higher Self is one with the source of wisdom, the knower of all things, the Instructor and Guide, in fact, Spirit. The Conscious phase is the executive which makes decisions and initiates action. The Subconscious is the phase which constantly re-creates the entire body, maintains it and all its functions and performs your requests. It is able to do all these things and is at your command for proper use. All three phases should work together as a whole.

This is why you are permitted to do essentially as you wish, even though the Self within you knows what will happen when you either initiate a certain action or do not prevent it. What is the “Higher Self”?
Here is another view from Shirley MacLaine.

In her book “Dancing in the Light” Shirley MacLaine gives a very good description of meeting her own Higher Self for the first time through a psychic exploration conducted with her friend Chris Griscom using acupuncture needles. She writes: I breathed deeply into the center of myself as though I were getting my psychic balance. Then a picture swam into my mind, at first diffused, but then very clear. It was absolutely astonishing. I saw the form of a very tall, overpoweringly confident, almost androgynous human being. A graceful, folded cream-colored garment flowed over a figure seven feet tall, with long arms resting calmly at its side. Even longer fingers extended from the arms. The energy of the form seemed more masculine than feminine to me. The skin of the being was ruddy and its hair was long to the shoulders and auburn colored. The face had high cheekbones and a straight, chiseled nose. The eyes were deep, deep blue and the expression was supremely kind, yet strong. It raised its arms in outstretched welcome. I got an Oriental feeling from it, more Oriental than Western. And I had the intuitive feeling that it was extremely protective, full of patience, yet capable of great wrath. It was simple, but so powerful that it seemed to “know” all there was to know. I was flabbergasted at what I saw, and what I felt about it.

“Who are you?” I asked, hardly daring to hear what it would say, nor what to make of this kind of dimensional experience. The being smiled at me and embraced me!

“I am your higher unlimited self,” it said.
“Oh, my goodness,” I heard myself say stupidly to it. “Are you really there?”

It smiled again.
“Yes,” it said, “I have always been here. I’ve been here with you since the beginning of time. I am never away from you. I am you. I am your unlimited soul. I am the unlimited you that guides and teaches you through each incarnation.”

“Listen, ” I said, “why do you have a form and why does it look like this?”

It smiled again.
“Because,” it said, “you need to see me in the form of an earth-plane dimension. The form of the soul is the form of the human body, in any case. The only difference is that the soul is a form without mass. But if you could see the light-form of a soul, you would see a head, two arms, a body, and two legs. The soul is high-frequency light without mass. That is the only difference.”

“Well, why do you seem so masculine to me?” I asked.

“I only seem more masculine than feminine because I am powerful. The energy of the soul is powerful, but it is androgynous. That is to say there is a perfect balance between the positive energy which is male and the negative energy which is female, or yin (feminine) and yang (masculine). The masculine positive energy is thrusting and active. The feminine negative energy is receiving and acceptive. Both are equally necessary to achieve life. One cannot operate without the other.”

The image of Higher Self stood calm and centered. I had the impression that it wouldn’t assert itself unless I motivated it to do so. I looked out the window at a tree outside. It was swaying in the breeze.

“Listen,” I said, “if I asked you to help me stop the movement of a tree, could we do it?”
“Try me,” said Higher Self.
“Okay,” I said. “That tree outside. Let’s stop it from swaying.”
“Very well,” said Higher Self. “Feel my power become your power. Know that together we can accomplish anything.”

I tuned in to this energy of my image of higher self and melded with it.
“Now,” it said, “ask the tree for permission to control its movement.”
“Ask the tree for permission?” I asked, suddenly understanding the more refined subtleties of karmic interaction.

“Why, certainly,” said Higher Self. “All life must work in harmony, balance, and respect for all other life. There can be no abuse of power without reaping consequence. You will hear the tree respond to you. You will know how it feels about it.”

“Trees can feel?” I asked.

“Of course,” said Higher Self. “All life vibrates with feeling. And the natural state of feeling is love. The state of love is achieved by simply being. Nature is a manifestation of the state of simple beingness. It just is. And that which is, in its purest sense, is perfect balance.”

Shirley, having successfully stopped the tree swaying with the help of her higher Self, continues:

“I looked up at Higher Self in my mind. The arms came down gently. “You see?” it said. “You did that. You can use your energy for anything. But you need to recognize me in order to do it.”

“Then what is the difference between you and God?” I asked.

“None,” it said. “I am God, because all energy is plugged into the same source. We are each aspects of that source. We are all part of God. We are all individualized reflections of the God source. God is us and we are God.”

“And you are me.”

“Precisely.”

“Then does everyone have a higher unlimited self of their own?”

“Exactly,” said Higher Self. “And each higher self is in touch with every other higher self. All unlimited souls resonate in harmony with each other. The reason you do not recognize that truth on the Earth plane is because you are not in touch with the individual soul energy of your higher selves. But you will get there because there is no other place to go to achieve peace. Peace on the outside comes from peace on the inside. Peace on the inside comes from understanding that we are all God”.

A Message of Love 

from Princess Diana to mankind.

My dear friends from all around the world. It is with deep emotions that I received your love after my death. I never, never suspected that you could spread so much love for me. If only I had known you were capable of such love for me, I would not have searched for it so much.

I searched for it all along on the outside not understanding that everything comes from the inside. Only we have all the answers and we keep looking all around us in search of a miracle to make us feel wanted and loved. If only I had known. If only I had had the knowledge to look inside of me for the answers.

Now, I want to share this message with you around the world. It is not too late to start loving yourself and from that love will emerge Love for the others. You can change the world if only you believed in yourself and started loving yourself without judging. Accept yourself as you are. You are wonderful, only you don’t believe it and you are waiting for others to tell you. You may wait for a long time. Don’t take that route. I have tried it and it doesn’t work.

Start loving yourself for who you are: a lovable living person with a great heart who doesn’t know how to use it. You can change the world by loving yourself and spreading this love around you. Simply by a loving sincere tender look. You don’t have to speak, just let the love flow through you and you will make wonders. You will achieve the impossible. You will move mountains : mountains of hatred, mountains of sorrows, mountains of pain, pain in the heart, pain from living, pain from being scared.

Believe in yourself and start experiencing this love with no conditions attached, this pure Love that all human beings are capable of. This planet needs it and only your love, your pure Love and your devotion to attain success can save it. Time is running short. You must spread the word of love all around you. If you start, your neighbours start, your friends and their friends start, you will start the unending wheel of love that all humans need so much.

I thank you personally for spreading this word of love all around you. As a gift, when you read this message express the desire of experiencing the Love that you are capable of and I will be beside you to help you attain it. You don’t have to believe it, just do it and you will see.

Make sure you spread this message and let everyone, you know, experience what love can mean to them.

Admired, Respected, Liked, Trusted

You must give what you would like to receive. There is something to admire, to respect, to like and to trust in every person, no matter what the appearances are, for God is in every person. You need not approve of a person’s improper actions, but remember that is how he is acting, and not what he truly is. One who cannot see perfection within everyone and everything, cannot achieve perfection himself. Nor does he see God truly, for God is within each person and is the manifesting form of everything. This does not mean every manifested thing, such as a disease organism, is desirable but it does mean that Spirit is forming it. If it is not a desirable form we have the power to have it changed. To be admired, admire others. Whether it be entirely or for some particular characteristic, let them know. Look for something to admire and you will find it. Praise sincerely. To be respected, respect others. Deep within, every man, woman and child feel they are someone. So they are; each is an expression of God. Respect them for what they are or are not, or for what they do or do not; there always should be respect for the divine presence, and It is in everyone. Show your respect. To be liked, like others. Like something they think or do; look for something to like. You may not like all they think or do, but like something. Let them know it.

To be trusted, trust others. One who basically does not trust others is not acting in a manner deserving of trust in him. One who distrusts others has no trust in God, regardless of what he says. Most people will live up to trust expressed in them. It is a wonderful stimulant to many. Those who would betray such trust will not harm you nearly so much as themselves. But you must express trust in order to be worthy of trust.

Stop Annoyances

The only way to stop having things annoy you is to stop being annoyed at people, things and events. Often the person who annoyed you is not aware you are annoyed, or does not care, and certainly no thing or event can know of your annoyance. Usually the one who is annoyed is the one affected most, and also usually the one who has to put an end to such feelings. Many annoyances are due to another’s thoughtlessness or indifference, deliberate or otherwise, but many are due to one’s own impatience or wounded self-indulgent thoughts and actions. Whatever the cause, you can rise above being punished, by the allowance of things which annoy you. Instead of a frown and a bitter thought of destructive dislike, send the other a smile and a blessing of constructive love. You will have given something positive and you will be strengthened by the harmony within rather than weakened by inner turmoil. The other person may need your constructive blessing; although not perceived consciously, it may lead to more thoughtfulness on his part. Remember that you cannot be annoyed for long unless you permit it, so make certain the incident is worth upsetting yourself for.

The Pleiadian Mission
Quotations from Randolph Winters’ book.

Randolph Winters’ book “The Pleiadian Mission” gives a good survey of the Pleiadian teachings as given to Eduard (Billy) Meier, a Swiss farmer who has photographed many Pleiadian “flying saucers” and who has also been in direct contact with them on their visiting “beamships”. Through Mr. Winters, who made an extended visit to Billy Meier in Switzerland and through him studied their teachings, we are given quite a lot of useful spiritual and philosophical advice as well as some interesting information about the origins and early history of humanity on Earth. We give some excerpts from this material below.

Earth 9500 B.C.

In the latter days of the civilization of Atlantis, Earth was suffering from the most difficult of times. The great societies of Atlantis and Mu [Lemuria] had lived in peace for over 20,000 years, and now treachery and deceit pitted brother against brother. Everywhere were the cries of war and hatred. Soon the oceans would boil with blood as the great scientists readied their weapons of destruction and violence. The peace that had long been their friend was fading to a memory as history was about to erase all traces of these two great civilizations. Far away on the home planets of the Pleiades, the great spiritual leaders watched and listened as their younger brothers on Earth quarreled. The highly developed sense of Pleiadian consciousness moved across time and space and felt the coming tides of death and destruction. Earth would be falling into a dark time which would last for many thousands of years – a time of despair, destruction, and degeneration – as those who would survive would be living on a planet with no spiritual guidance. It would be thousands of years before another civilization would again grow out of this hard and difficult period…….

The Long Struggle of Mankind

After the final destruction of Atlantis, just as the Pleiadian spiritual leaders had foreseen, it had taken thousands of years for the people of Earth to once again rebuild their great civilization and regain their technology. Years of extraterrestrial intervention by many visiting races had created a world mixed with spirit-forms from many different worlds. Most planets that develop human life have, by nature, only one race that evolves at much the same pace, so the process of developing a peaceful society comes easily. But here on Earth normal evolution has been interrupted by human beings (spirit-forms) that have come from many parts of the galaxy, creating a planet of mixed colors, sizes, and levels of evolution. It is not surprising that we have so many problems here on Earth, considering our world is such a mixture of people of different spiritual ages. Instead of being a planet where most people are of the same approximated spiritual age and are learning the same lessons of life at about the same time, we are a world mixed with young and old spirits, who all need different knowledge and have diverse backgrounds and spiritual memories. Most of the population of Earth came from the constellation Lyra, while others have come from the Vega section of the sky, the Barnard star, and some from star systems called Sirius and Orion. This has created a spiritual imbalance that has made Earth a world dominated by prejudice, hate, and anger….

Spiritual Beings and Creation

We are spiritual beings, living through a series of material lives in order to feed our spirits through the wisdom learned from the material existence. It is the process of how spiritual development takes place and how we, as individual spirit-forms, contribute to the whole of Creation and its evolution. The spirit needs the material senses to gather information and to form logic from experience. If the wisdom learned from these experiences is true according to Creation and becomes part of the life of the individual, then it passes into the realm of the spirit and becomes part of the accumulated knowledge of the spirit-form. This is what spiritual evolution is and why we are alive…. Creation is the spiritual power that guides the universe. It is Creation that has the idea to create a universe. Once that idea is formed, it becomes a reality in the form of a small existence of energy that contains the information on how to begin a universe. That idea is always connected to the Creational power that started it and can never be separated. It is through this connection that Creation serves as a constant guide of how to evolve. A universe can be described as a material life form that is going through its own development and evolution in order to supply wisdom to the Creation that started it.

It is the Creation which lays out the blueprint for the universe to follow. The Creation itself is evolving through a process of discovery which is learned from experience that is provided by a material universe. Creation has an awake period, during which it creates a material universe for learning, and then a sleep period, where there is no material existence. It then reawakens and starts the cycle over again at a higher evolution. It is this pattern which permeates all things and provides the explanation for how all life forms evolve. Since all life forms must evolve according to the patterns set by the Creation, it is the understanding of the evolution of Creation through the development of spirit which is most important to the people of Earth.

An attempt to start the Pleiadian Mission to Earth
at the beginning of the 20th Century.

Around the turn of the twentieth century, a decision was made by the Pleiadians to start physical contact with someone on Earth. This had been tried several times before, but in most cases the person selected lacked sincerity and was not useful to the Mission. The purpose was to see how humanity on Earth would react to the idea that they were not alone in the universe. They had studied the thoughts of people all over the planet, but were not sure how most of the population would react to the thought of life on other worlds. For the most part, very few people at that time had given the idea of life on other worlds much consideration. Life was hard, and most of their thoughts and energies were geared toward survival and taking care of themselves and their families. It was quite obvious that, with very few exceptions, nothing was known about the real meaning of life or spiritual growth. The decision was made to contact someone on Earth who would carry the message to the world that they were not alone.

We are not told the name of the lady chosen by the Pleiadians for this Mission. This is just as well, since the plan did not work out. She was drawn into several physical contacts with the Pleiadians and educated about other life forms throughout the galaxy and the development of life on Earth. She was asked to go public with the information to let people know what she had learned.

Unfortunately, this did not work out well; her first attempts brought ridicule by her friends and family, and she was considered crazy. She quickly gave up the idea of speaking about her contacts out of fear for her life and her position in the community. People were not ready to open their minds to information that challenged the viewpoints of the powerful religions which so dominated their education. It was quickly learned that the people of Earth were too insecure in their spiritual development to take responsibility for themselves; they found it easier to cling to myths, or folk stories of gods who would take care of them, providing an excuse for the many difficulties and problems in life. It seemed to be easier to say, “That’s the way God wants it”, or “It’s God’s will”, than to take responsibility for one’s own decisions, mistakes, achievements, and doubts. The Pleiadians realized we weren’t ready, so they stopped the contacts and pulled back again into a position of observation. They had found that they didn’t understand us as well as they had thought!

The fundamental equality of all spirits.

It has been said that all men are created equal, and we are. We all start as spirit-forms of equal knowledge, or I should say, lack of knowledge, for in our beginning state of pure energy we know very little. It is Creation that gets us started on our path of growth. Once we come into our first lifetime, the learning process starts. We begin to accumulate wisdom from our experiences, and we create a path of learning that will continue for billions of years as we go through the stages of development of human life. All along this path we are learning different things at different times. It is the accumulated wisdom that contributes to our intellect and our aptitudes, causing us all to be unique individuals on our own paths of learning.

We all need different knowledge at different times because we are on separate paths of learning. As we go through life, we slowly learn all of the lessons of life, but not at the same time. Eventually all of the lessons are leaned by everyone, so never can we say that one person is better than another; we’re just at different levels of learning. It is the wise man who recognizes that he is only older, not better, and uses his older self to help the younger through love and understanding. The man who uses his older self to take advantage of a younger spirit-form, or get ahead at another’s expense, is living in spiritual stagnation and still has some hard lessons to learn.

Peace will come to Earth when everyone realizes that we are all spiritual beings of Creation on our own paths of development, and we make space for other spirit-forms so that they can be who they need to be and learn what they need to learn for themselves, without any judgment or harassment from us. It is the truly enlightened one who recognizes the spirit in his fellow man and sees him not as a material being, but as a spirit-form on his own path of discovery and learning.

The Subterranean City of Telos

Dianne Robbins as Lailel has channeled two books from members of the remaining underground Lemurian civilization on Earth who were forced to develop life out of sight of the surface world some 12,000 years ago, at the time of the final destruction of Atlantis and remnants of Lemuria:
“THE CALL GOES OUT from the Subterranean City of Telos” and
“THE CALL GOES OUT from the Earth’s Cetaceans.” Greetings from Telos! I AM ADAMA, Ascended Master and High Priest of Telos, a subterranean City beneath Mt. Shasta in California (USA). I am dictating this message to you from my home beneath the Earth, where over a million of us live in perpetual peace and prosperity.

We are human and physical just as you, except for the fact that our mass consciousness holds thoughts of only Immortality and Perfect Health. Therefore, we can live hundreds and even thousands of years in the same body. I, myself, have been in the same body now for over 600 years.

We came here over 12,000 years ago before a thermonuclear war took place that destroyed much of the Earth’s surface. We faced such hardships and calamities above ground, that we decided to continue our evolution underground…… We had hoped to save all our Lemurian people, but there was only time to save 25 thousand souls. The remainder of our race perished in the blast.

For the past 12,000 years, we have been able to rapidly evolve in consciousness due to our isolation from the marauding bands of extraterrestrials and other hostile races that prey on the surface population. Recently, the surface population has been experiencing great leaps of consciousness in preparation for humanity to move through the photon belt and into the New Age at the end of this millennium. It is for this reason that we have begun to contact surface dwellers to make our existence known. For in order for the Earth and Humanity to continue to ascend in consciousness, the whole planet must be united and merged into ONE Light from below and ONE Light from above.

It is for this reason that we are contacting you to make you aware of our underground existence, so you can bring the fact of our existence to the attention of our fellow brothers and sisters above ground.

We broadcast to you from beneath Mt. Shasta in California where over a million of us dwell. We are very evolved beings, living many lifetimes in one. We go about our business in harmony and love, and reap many benefits that accrue during our long life spans. Our lives span many centuries of your time on the surface, therefore, we’re able to accomplish much more in our lives. We can use all our lives to our benefit because we are able to go back to our previous lives through our amino based computer system to recall the past.. This is a technology that we, from the underground, will be bringing to your surface when we emerge. Connecting to your past lives and learning from your life’s lessons is necessary to this current incarnation. So be prepared for this great adventure of tapping into you past lives.

You, too, will be living long lives when you enter the photon belt of Light and receive its life rays of health and longevity. There is nothing to prepare for, since you will be aided fully before this time of entry arrives. Know that you are on Earth at this time to assist all of humanity with its entry into the Photon Belt. All souls incarnating at this time have done so with full understanding of what is to happen.

That’s why there are so many people on Earth today, more than there ever was, because all souls want to be involved in these “End Times”. Also all souls who ever incarnated in Earth have returned. You are one such soul. These End Times can be met with harmony and joy, or fear and chaos. The choice is yours.

We recommend that you view this with your eyes turned to God, while your feet walk the Earth; for God is in full command of everything and you are all in His hands. There is nothing to fear, only joy and immense well-being will be the result of Earth’s transition into the Light.

Twin Flames

It should be explained here that your “Twin Flame” is a term used on the higher planes for your eternal Soul Twin, a complementary soul partner expressing the opposite polarity, i.e. male-positive or female-negative. It is I, ADAMA, here to speak to you about TWIN FLAMES. Know that your twin flames are near, as near to you as your heart, and they wait patiently for you to contact them, for you to connect consciously with them on the Earth plane.

You have come to Earth with a purpose and with a mission to complete. The purpose is not an individualized one, but rather one in which your Twin Flame is an integral part. You and your twin flame contracted for this particular mission at this particular incarnation in time. You both have a part to play, a role to carry out, and at this time it is necessary for both you and your Twin Flame to consciously connect with one another for the dual purpose of reuniting and completing this mission. For this is the way you work best.. Most of your Twin Flames are in the fifth dimension, guiding you from above. It is I Sananda. I bring you my warmest greetings at this time. As you are aware we are once more monitoring you – we are with you overseeing your proceedings and making every attempt to connect with you. Your journeys have been varied and colorful in the last few years – your experiences together have been joyful. What I would like to share with you this evening is that we are still here – we have not ‘gone away’ and you have not ‘gone away’. We are drawing together slowly but surely and I would ask you to examine the joy that you feel within your hearts – the expansion, the love that is flowing there, for surely that is a clear sign that we are with you. You will experience more and more peace and joy within your lives – feeling it arising, flowing up from within you, within your heart centres, and this is the true sign that we are drawing closer.

Do not be distracted or confused by the myriad of information that is now manifesting, for there are many, many different interpretations, scenarios and perceptions. For as you awake from your sleep you will be entering into new areas – exploring and discovering. There will be a melting pot of consciousness as you all begin to attune to one another and your higher selves. I would say to you that this melting pot is bubbling over at this time as more and more people wake up and bring their ideas and interpretations through. What will ultimately occur is that there will be a convergence or coming together of these different informations, ideas and perspectives and that one true reality will ultimately be realised. That is the process that is now occurring.

There are many aspects of humanity on the planet who are still playing out dramas of control, fear and manipulation and that is something that must run its course. So continue to develop your own heart centred awareness – to gain the insights and attunements that will bring you closer to the oneness, to the knowingness that everything is in its place and is moving forward and that you are in the right position. As you can see, this is a huge process and project that we are undertaking – that has never been done before and we are from our perspective endeavouring to guide this into the most harmonious, smoothest of transitions – and I would say that it is getting easier and easier all the time. So relax and enjoy your lives – enjoy the process. Work with your heart centres and higher chakras. Allow the energies to ground, allow yourselves to remain in balance. Call upon us and your higher self whenever you feel the need – we will be there.

It is with great joy that I address you this evening and offer you my support. Know that as you come together and meet there is a great focus – a great many beings of light converge to connect and work with you, so do not think that you are alone in your efforts – we are always with you. I will remain with you this evening. Enjoy all that is coming in the new year – in this year of 1997. Many new wonderful energies are now anchoring onto the planet and are there for you to work with and experience – we will be assisting you and it will be a joyful experience. Allow yourselves to be in the moment to move through these transitions with greater joy, peace and harmony. The family of Light is growing upon the Earth plane and you dearest ones of the Light are a central part in that family – in that growth of light. Dear Ones, These times that are upon you are to be celebrated and looked upon as glorious. We are working with many humans at this time, and there are a number of beings from other dimensions who are assisting as well. The messages are mostly accurate in that you will be arriving at the time when you will recognize your world as another. There will be many changes on Earth as you know it now. The present situation that is developing within the Galactic Federation and the Spiritual Hierarchy is totally focused on the ascension of Earth and its inhabitants.

Regarding the disintegration of major cities…it is necessary to cleanse the Earth and this is just part of that process. This happening will occur as the ascension process occurs, but all will be done with extreme care. Our mission from the very beginning has been to elevate all humanity before this occurs. However, as has been stressed, we cannot force (nor do we wish to) those who will choose other directions. Those who choose ascension are already building their complete consciousness and will ascend from this world into the next dimension or the dimension of their spiritual awakening.

So, there is to be no worry or fear of being caught or left in this world as it goes through its cleansing process, if you so choose. My blessed ones, prepare yourselves, ready your hearts, and make your choices. The future has always been your choice – your desire. We have been working with many of you, to bring these messages so that you will be prepared. There is no need to concern yourselves with the details. All will be taken care of, your love and light will be shining through and all will be taken through the mirror image of this world.

In this new world – which already exists, you will find everything familiar, all except that which does not have or sustain the essence of light and love. This world will be a place where you will meet with those of like spiritual thought processes and master teachers who will continue to work with you to help you to select your path and clarify any misgivings or understandings that might still exist.

This transition will be joyful and while this ‘training’ is going on you will be learning how to work with others, as well as how to exist in your light bodies, and to discover (remember) that beauty, love and light is naturally yours. At this time, in your human form, you have many questions and this is understandable. These will all become clear as you begin to move through the process. And, this is already beginning. You are slowly receiving energy transmission that are connecting with your DNA and subtly this will bring your consciousness to a level that you will be perfectly ready for the arrival of the music from the spheres.

However, do keep in mind, that those who are rich in the love that is in their hearts will not be forgotten nor abandoned even if they have not heard of the ‘Internet’ or the Ascension. As much as this technology has grown, it is still only a part in the overall process. The voices will be heard throughout the world…..in the deepest, most remote sections of your space. There will be no one that will not know of the happening – of the moment – of the ascension.

Question:What I’m most curious about is what you perceive ascension to be…not just the process of achieving ascension, but the experience of ascension. Archangel Raphael:While ascending is individual for the Light workers before the final Ascension, it will be a mass event in the future for everyone on Earth who wishes to take part in it and move on to their next level of spiritual development. Ascending is optional and a choice to be made by each person.

The Ascension has been predicted by many civilizations throughout history and is known by other names, it has also been called the Second Coming and the Golden Age.

What is happening at this time is that the people on Earth are getting ready for a graduation of sorts. Everyone who wishes to go beyond the 3rd dimension and their current spiritual level has the opportunity to advance beyond them with a lot of help now and in the years to come.

Right now the Light workers; many of whom have incarnated from the higher dimensions specifically to help with the Ascension in this lifetime, are preparing themselves to consciously ascend. When they do they will be consciously connected to that part of their vast higher dimensional self that is helping the people on Earth with their ascensions. They will be able to use their higher dimensional connection to help the people on Earth. They will be able to teach greater spiritual concepts and truths and show the way for others to ascend.

The 5th dimensional Earth is where some people will be ascending to in the final mass ascension. The Earth is multidimensional and like all entities it already exists in several dimensions. The 5D Earth is the next step in spiritual advancement for some people on the Earth. Others will choose to ascend to a non-physical dimension. There are choices to be made by people when they ascend.

There are millions of Light workers on Earth right now and most of them have not awakened yet, meaning they have little or no idea of who they are and why they are here right now. When the first of the Light workers ascend they will be writing books and eventually using every form of media to get out information to help awaken these Light workers and teach people in general about the ascension.

All people on the Earth today knew about the opportunity of the Ascension in this lifetime and it is the main reason they chose to be born during this time period. Each person here wished to experience the Ascension in some way, even if it were not to ascend themselves.

A tremendous effort will be made to make it very clear that this time is not to be feared. It is a time of great joy and spiritual advancement and not a time of destruction and judgement as some believe. Some of the information about this time on Earth that has been received over the last several thousand years was interpreted through fear and very limited beliefs and this has greatly distorted the messages in many cases.

Question:What happens? Where do you go? What do you do? Can it be communicated in a way that a lay-person could understand?

Raphael:The Light workers are from a variety of dimensions which are well above the 5D. They are also from a variety of places. Some are from planets that have already evolved into the higher dimensions and some are from non-physical dimensions. But all of the Light workers from the higher dimensions that they are here, who chose to have a planetary existence, are teachers and messengers of All That Is (God) and are here to help implement the Divine Plan. As such they would be considered more like Angelic Beings than as “ETs” in the way that many people understand the term “ET”. The ETs that most people think of as “aliens” are from the 3rd/4th dimensions and are not necessarily any more spiritually advanced than the people on Earth.

“ETs” from the lower dimensions are not “Beings of Light”. A Being of Light is a person who has developed beyond the limitations of the 3rd/4th dimensions and is operating with conscious connection to their Higher Self. They also have God Consciousness, meaning they have an understanding of Oneness with All That Is and all of creation on an intimate level. So what each Light worker experiences in their own personal Ascension will be unique and individual depending on the dimension they are from and the place that they are ascending “home” to.

The dimensions are not really numbered one through whatever. Any numbers given are just used as a reference to what people think of as the 3rd dimension. The dimensions exist as different levels of consciousness. As you advance in dimensions you expand your understanding and capacity for love and your ability to help and serve others. There is an unlimited number of dimensions. There can also be many different places within each dimension, just like there are many, many planets within the 3rd dimension. The number of dimensions is not limited because beings are ever advancing, growing and creating more dimensions and places within each dimension to experience.

When Light workers Ascend they consciously connect with the portion of their Higher dimensional Self from which they incarnated here. In some cases their Higher dimensional Self may be very vast and have many different aspects of itself. During the Ascension process this merging back with your Higher dimensional Self starts to take place right from the beginning of your Ascension process on Earth.

The Ascension process is accomplished in part by doing energy and consciousness expansion work with your Higher dimensional Self. This work is usually done with the help of your personal guides, who are many times a part of your extended spiritual family in the higher dimensions.

Energy is Divine Light. It is what everyone and every thing is made of in all dimensions. It carries with it God Consciousness and it is how All That Is experiences all creation; all portions of itself. The Divine energy can carry within it great love and information.

The energy used to help you can also be the personal energy of your Higher Self, one of your guides, Sananda or any Ascended Master or Angelic Being or group of beings. What makes it their personal energy is that they channel the Divine energy through themselves first before channeling it through you for your ascension work or for channeled information or just to share their love with you.

The more that you expand your consciousness and raise your ability to work with the Divine energy the greater your capacity to merge back with your higher dimensional self and be in conscious communications with them and other beings in the higher dimensions.

After ascending and merging back with their Higher dimensional Self the Light workers will live and work in the higher dimensions and on the Earth, moving back and forth consciously between the dimensions.

The people who are ascending for the first time into the 5D in the final Ascension will be very consciously connected with their Higher Self and have the opportunity to choose where in the 5D they wish to go for their next step in learning and growing. They will stay in the 5D afterwards and not come back to the 3rd/4th dimensional Earth.

The Fifth Dimension is a dimension that offers both physical planetary experiences and non-physical experiences to choose from.

So there is a difference in what will be experienced by the Light workers, who will ascend “back home” consciously, but stay on the 3D Earth physically to help with the Ascension and the people who will ascend into the 5D for the first time in the final Mass Ascension and remain there.

There is an acclimatization process after the initial Ascension experience in all cases. The Light workers will experience themselves going back home to the dimension and place they come from, but it will be done in a step by step process over a period of time. This process is very individual and the steps taken and the length of time needed to complete the process will depend on the individual person. They have to expand their consciousness slowly to go from being a 3D person, which they became by incarnating here, to merging back with the higher dimensional being that they incarnated here from.

In the higher dimensions when you reach a certain point of advancement, the “Twin Flames”, the male/female halves unite to form a single being. In those dimensions a lot of time is spent being non-physical, but you can manifest a body and a physical environment if and when that is desired. The body that is manifested can either be male, female or a single androgynous body.

While Twin Flames are united beings, they can still manifest as either their male or female portions even as their consciousnesses are totally joined as one. Most of the Ascended Masters, from the dimensions that they are channeled from are united beings in this way, even though they are channeled as either their male or female self. All of the Archangels and other very spiritually advanced beings are also united beings in this way. Some of the Light workers will be ascending back to a dimension that is non-physical and where their higher dimensional self is a united male/female being.

After Light workers ascend and are acclimatized they will be able to use their higher dimensional knowledge and abilities to help people. Tens of thousands of Light workers worldwide will be able to help people and the Earth by bringing about greater spiritual and cosmic understanding.

The Light workers will ascend as they are personally ready, but most will ascend before the final Ascension of the Earth. The people of the Earth have a choice as to whether they ascend or not, as does every Light worker. The Ascension is a spiritual awakening and for those who choose it, a step to their next level of spiritual advancement. There is no need for it to be accompanied by years of strife and destruction to be accomplished.

Everyone on Earth will know that preparation for the Ascension is taking place and will have an opportunity to participate if they wish to.

For all of the people on Earth this can be a wondrous time of awaking to the spiritual being that they are and an opportunity to move on to a much more complex and rewarding life at the next level of their spiritual development. You asked about our personal process and what it is like for us. The beginning of that process really took place when our guides, came into our lives consciously and started to teach us and work with us energetically.

The Great Cycle of Galactic Change UFOs and Extra-terrestrials

In the book “THE TREASURE OF EL DORADO” by Joseph Whitfield [Treasure Publications, P.O. Box 3300, Roanoke, Virginia 24015-1300, USA], Joseph is contacted by El Dorado, a Spiritual Master communicating from the High Spiritual Planes. Through the assistance of El Dorado, Joseph is put in touch with various other Masters of Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy, one of whom is Kut Humi (Koothumi), Earth Chohan (Director) of the Second Ray of the Seven Rays of Service. The Second Ray is the Yellow Ray of Intellect and Science, concerned with Mind and Intelligence in the intellectual understanding of Divine Laws. Readers might be interested to know that Kut Humi’s previous Earth incarnations were as: Aristotle; John the Beloved; Lao-Tze (China, 6th century B.C.); Theodosius (Emperor of Rome, 4th Century A.D.); St. Columba (known as the Apostle of Caledonia, who helped to convert Scotland to Christianity, 5th century A.D.); St. Francis of Assisi (Italy 12-13th century A.D., founder of the Franciscan Order) and Leonardo da Vinci (Italian painter, sculptor, architect, engineer and scientist, 15-16th century A.D.).

Kut Humi gives Joseph the following insight into Earth’s early history and the reasons for the forthcoming changes and upliftment of Planet Earth at the end of this present millennium.

Kut Humi:

“To understand why Earth is in its present turmoil, we must flash back in time to the great civilization of Atlantis. Oh Yes; Atlantis really existed! Not as a figment of science fiction, but as a tangible civilization in Earth’s past history.

“Man’s purpose in experiencing life anywhere in the Universe is to grow in evolutionary experience and to master each phase in his eternal life. And how do we master the third dimensional environment of Earth? First, by getting to truly ‘know ourselves’ – who we are, what we are, why we are here. Second, by learning to control all aspects of this environment. Third, by understanding Earth and its relationship to what lies beyond the third dimensional environment.

“In Atlantis, Man had advanced to a remarkable degree of control and understanding of this third dimensional environment, and was at a point where he could have led Earth and its inhabitants into the fourth dimensional experience of physical-spiritual growth. Instead, some who possessed advanced knowledge began to abuse and pervert this knowledge by enslaving other men, and by misusing their spiritual powers in various other ways. When this abuse of spiritual power became too widespread, it set into motion certain karmic forces which resulted in the eventual disintegration and destruction of the civilization. This destruction did not occur in one giant cataclysm, as may be commonly supposed. Rather, it occurred as a process of decline that lasted over thousands of years. During this period of degeneration, the continent gradually broke apart and yielded its major portions to the ocean. Gradually, the inhabitants of this once great civilization migrated to various parts of Earth, taking with them the remembered skills and technologies resulting in the archeological wonders that fascinate us today. Modern archeology is for the most part at a loss to explain such evidences as still exist in Central and South America, in England and Egypt and elsewhere around Earth. Eventually the memory of the glorious civilization that once existed faded entirely, except in the awareness of the adepts who possessed the arcanum, and in the subconscious minds of former Atlanteans.

“What has all of this to do with the unfolding Divine Plan? Just this – Atlantis was not the only great civilization that has evolved on Earth. There have been others lost to antiquity such as Lemuria. Each time that mankind has advanced to the level of a Lemuria or an Atlantis, it has had within its reach the opportunity to raise Earth’s level of consciousness to fourth dimensional awareness and it has failed. Each failure was due to the misuse of spiritual powers.

“In the past, this could be condoned because there was still another chance. Now, however, we have reached a point in Earth’s history and in galactic evolution where the transition into fourth dimensional consciousness must be made.

“Let me explain. The Divine Plan is based upon the Will of God (Spirit, Universal Mind, or whatever name you choose to call the indefinable Infinite Intelligence). Divine Mind always proceeds in an orderly, evolutionary pattern predicated upon Its principles of Universal Law. Wherever this Divine Plan affects man, he is always made aware so that he will have the opportunity to cooperate and grow upward in this evolutionary spiral.

“Man is now being made aware, through many means (such as this discourse) of certain galactic facts of universal, immortal life. As you know, our solar system is a part of the Milky Way galaxy. Our solar system revolves around the Milky Way in an orbit that takes 206 million years as you calculate time. Let us refer to this revolution of our solar system around the galaxy as the Great Cycle Orbit. Our solar system was created over four and a half billion years ago. This corresponds to 22 Great Cycle Orbits of our solar system around the Great Central Sun of the Milky Way. In the Will of Divine Mind, as communicated to the Spiritual Hierarchy of our solar system, this completes the time cycle in which our entire solar system is to remain in its present state of evolution. As the Aquarian Age dawns, we begin to move into a new orbit around the Great Central Sun, and to move into a new vibration where no expression below the fourth dimension can continue to exist.

“Man first began to experience life in our solar system 206 million years ago, at the beginning of the present Great Cycle Orbit. The Divine Plan is for all human life within our solar system to achieve at least the awareness of cosmic consciousness by the end of this orbit which is reaching its conclusion now with the end of the Piscean Age. This means that man of Earth must immediately become aware of what cosmic consciousness is and take the necessary steps to raise his individual level of consciousness to that state of awareness. Failure to do so will result in temporary self destruction! Man of Earth, in his present state, simply cannot tolerate the new incoming vibration.

“Within this Great Cycle Orbit, there have been a number of lesser cycles. When the Atlantean civilization failed to reach its development potential, this left only the 26,000 year cycle of the zodiac to complete the Plan. As the present Piscean Age draws to a close, this 26,000 year cycle, concurrently with the Great Cycle Orbit, comes to an end.

“At this moment, planet Earth is the only planet in our solar system where man has not yet reached the cosmic level of awareness. This level of consciousness must now be rapidly attained in order to fulfill the Divine Plan.”

“You may at this point be thinking, ‘I could go along with a lot of these ideas, but when he starts talking about human life on all the other planets of our solar system, that’s too much. Our space probes haven’t revealed any human life or civilization on any other planets.’ And my answer to your thoughts is that you limit yourself to unreality when you rely solely upon your five physical senses, and upon the findings of conventional Earth science, to tell you whether or not intelligent human life exists on the other planets of our solar system. Not only is there human life on the other planets of our solar system, but the inhabitants are generally more evolved than you of Earth. Furthermore, they are in communication with each other, and in some instances with people on Earth. It is because this communication does exist, much the same way as your are presently experiencing, that you can be aware of the reality of the above statements.

“When Atlantis was at its height, there was open communication between Earth and the other planets of our solar system. After the fall, however, this open communication was removed. Now that man of Earth has again evolved to a point where he can make the transition into fourth dimensional consciousness, communication and contacts with extraterrestrial beings has greatly increased.”

UFOs and Extra-Terrestrials

From the same book source as above, the Ascended Master Hilarion gives Joseph Whitfield a further discourse, this one being on UFO’s and “extraterrestrials”. The Master Hilarion is also a member of Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy, and is Chohan/Director of the Green Fifth Ray, the Ray of Integration and the unifying cohesiveness of God. This Ray is used in healing and synthesizing varied modes of expression. Hilarion’s previous Earth incarnations were as Plato and as Paul the Apostle. Hilarion:

“The presence of extraterrestrials should be one of the most reassuring events that is taking place on Earth. Instead, it is often the cause of great fear and apprehension. Fear is born of ignorance. Were it not so, people would welcome their space brothers with open arms. No doubt, they will be more welcome when their presence is better understood.

“Many changes are required to prepare Earth for the Aquarian Age. The space brothers are prepared to assist in many ways, once their presence is understood and accepted.

“As stated previously by Kut Humi, our whole solar system is moving into a new Great Cycle Orbit within its galaxy of the Milky Way. In this new cycle, our entire solar system will be functioning at a higher rate of dimensional vibration and expression. As the galactic timetable rapidly unfolds when this orderly evolution is to take place, all planets of the solar system are prepared except Earth. Since Earth is the laggard, it is quite natural that the inhabitants of our solar system should direct their attention and efforts to Earth and render whatever aid is necessary short of outright interference. Until now, such aid has consisted primarily of the following: (1) Communicating through channels like you in the hope that their messages would receive wide publication, and (2) Making frequent appearances around Earth (at the physical/third dimensional vibration level) so that their spacecraft would be visible to large numbers of people.

“Quite obviously, these efforts have not been altogether successful. Fear and consternation have greeted most spacecraft appearances. For years their presence has met with official government silence. When anyone in government did speak out, it was to deny their extraterrestrial character and to explain away the incidents as some type of natural phenomenon. All major governments of Earth have repeatedly received information through various channels to explain the extraterrestrial presence. These have been ignored as the product of a deranged mind. Surely, at some point, someone must come to the realization that the ‘problem’ of the existence of spacecraft is not going to disappear because man of Earth officially refuses to recognize their presence.

“Public acceptance is not promoted when ‘contactees’ react to the presence of spacecraft with terror. The account of a terrified contactee can rarely be expected to reflect actual circumstances. Their very terror precludes rational explanation of the encounter. But the whole point is that if the general populace were educated to the realities of life in our solar system, people might not react with such fear to the presence of extraterrestrial beings.

“Let us proceed further into a clearer understanding.

“As Kut Humi has told you, every planet in our solar system is inhabited by human beings. Don’t be misled by the fact that this human life has not yet been detected by the third dimensional scientific instruments of Earth. Just as Kirlian photography reveals ‘auras’ that the untrained human eye is unable to discern, instruments will soon be invented which can ‘see’ this life that exists in the other planetary vibrations. Until that time, any rational person should at least give serious thought to the possibility of human life existing in an environment beyond the observation of one not attuned to that particular type of physical vibration.

“So, the fact is that every planet in our solar system is inhabited by human beings. They have physical bodies just as Earth man has a physical body, but their higher vibration rate renders them invisible to your third-dimension eyes. Their civilizations, their knowledge, their life styles, vary from planet to planet, but they are all in a state of spiritual evolution more advanced than man of Earth…

“In the more advanced life style that exist on other planets, people no longer select their leaders in a political manner. Their level of consciousness has progressed beyond that method of government. In their more advanced state of consciousness they can readily discern who among them is most qualified to lead. Leadership then naturally falls to those individuals. One could best describe this leadership as spiritual rather than political. However, it is not spiritual in any religious sense. It is spiritual in the sense of a fuller use of inherent spiritual faculties, as distinguished from the sensory intellectual approach of Earth. It is a much more orderly, fair, economical, ethical, effective and enlightened approach to government than that which Earth now practices.

“A still higher system of spiritual government exists within our solar system. This level of government is referred to as the Spiritual Hierarchy of the solar system. The Spiritual Hierarchy consists of the most spiritually advanced souls in the solar system, and it is composed of both human beings and angelic beings of very high development. It is the Spiritual Hierarchy that is in charge, so to speak, of the orderly evolution of all aspects of the Divine Plan within our solar system. All must be lifted or leave this planet in some way in the remaining years in order to make way for the Earth’s clearing. There will be much training offered to you. You will be able to experience a great deal of wonder at first until you re-acclimatize yourself. You will be taken to one of the Mother Ships. There we will have a great celebration. We are growing impatient to be reunited with you as you are with us. You will find that it is likely some of you may have surpassed us in your spiritual evolvement. So I would recommend that you do not look at us as Gods who are above you, who are to be worshiped, but, rather as your brothers and sisters……. ….So, what is it like living on an etheric 5th-dimensional ship? It is quite pleasant and aesthetic. Some of the ships are hundreds of miles in diameter. There are cycles such as you experience here of day and night … simulated cycles. Sunlight is processed in a way such as to still allow for a day and night experience. There are natural settings. We have forests, streams, lakes, and oceans full of creatures. We do not have poison oak, however! We have selected wisely from among all species. You might say it is a very Eden-like existence. It is similar to what the Earth will become after the Earth changes have occurred and the Earth has ascended to a 5th-dimensional entity. There will be a time when those who are evacuated will be offered the opportunity to return to Earth as Ascended Beings and to re-colonize the Earth. The Earth will be dramatically improved by that point. And those beings who inhabit the Earth will have the same Ascended Master capabilities as those of us on other planes do now. So there will be no need to have a “good credit rating.” You will all have unlimited credit with the Creator. You will all use your credit wisely and responsibly to create manifestations that are in alignment with God’s will. It will be automatic with you at that point. So there is no fear of misusing your powers. You will be purified to the extent that you will have no more desire to abuse the privileges that you will be receiving.

My Journeys Into The Future And The Great Harvest Of Souls

In the channeling of July 15, 1992, the Sun God [of our solar system] mentioned that I and others have traveled into the future. Indeed, I have been privileged to have taken such journeys, and have seen us leave the Earth to live elsewhere. I have seen some of what is ahead for the Earth and humankind. I have been allowed to see the Master Plan in motion. Part of my divine plan is to write and teach the truths. Therefore, I am writing about some of my experiences as I become a part of the transformation of spaceship Earth as she prepares for her final cleansing. Where does each of us go and what is it like when we get there? This is some of what I am about to tell you.

Goodbye To Earth – The Journey Begins

It is obvious to all of us that it is time to leave. There is no fuss as each of us quietly walks to the meeting place. We have only what we can easily carry in our arms. Most of us have come to realize the true value of “letting things go” and of trusting. There are many of us gathered around talking quietly. We are excited nevertheless, for this is a new experience for us. We don’t know exactly what to expect. But it is a subdued excitement. At the same time we are not nervous. There are children and they play, yet our entire demeanor and movement is like a prayerful action, a real life ceremony. We don’t particulary want to leave the Earth since this is our home. We love the Earth. But we also understand the joyful feelings of the Earth as she is very close to taking that big leap into another realm of her own. She is graduating into the 5th dimension. It is necessary for us to honor and respect her desire to do this, and we must leave while she finishes the house cleaning that she must do as final preparation for her new look. We understand. We also realize many will some day return to once again coexist in love and harmony with the Earth. But for now, we are to continue our growth and development on another “Earth planet”.

There is much space craft activity, as there has been for the last week or so. Our space friends have been busy with their final preparations to ease our concerns. We have met with our space friends as they explained what is to happen and how we are to be leaving. They are available anytime we need them. They answered all the questions we had. In fact our space friends have encouraged us to talk among ourselves to make certain we understand and have no more questions or concerns. Of course we all have concerns simply because it is a totally new experience. Our parents and teachers have never prepared us for times like these. We are truly the pioneers of new frontiers.

So we have concerns, but each of us seems to accept what is unfolding. Many are really happy with it. There have been so many changes to the Earth that none of us are certain what might happen next. I have been more prepared than most for the Earth changes, but it is not always so easy to watch and feel the cleansing power of the rain, wind, the Earth quaking and poles shifting. You know deep down that these have been necessary for the good of Earth and us as well. However, we still live in the physical and some physical changes are easier to accept than others. Nevertheless, we accept and move on. We all prefer a quieter time, a time when we do not have to worry about the next major change that might affect our living patterns. At the same time most of us have adjusted very well to our new ways of living off the land and helping each other. There is much satisfaction and true sharing in doing this. So we are ready to leave.

There are about 30 of us waiting for the craft to pick us up. I live in a thinly populated area. There are families of us clustered together. This is also the way many of us want to continue on our new planet as soon as this is possible. As the craft quietly comes down for us, we became deadly silent. This is it, goodbye to our Mother Earth. The craft lands close by and our space friends from the Pleiades come out and welcome us aboard. They are filled with such love for us and the Earth. Our small group is of a similar vibration, and we will be going together. Our space friends make us feel very comfortable with their loving ways. We quickly become more upbeat.

Our craft lifts off and in a few moments we are approaching the mother ship, the one that will actually take us on our journey. The mother ship is huge. I do not estimate dimensions well, but I will say it is 10-15 stories high and stretched as far as I can see, at least from my vantage point. It is 10 miles long, I am told, and the equivalent of 20 stories high. “There are others orbiting the Earth as well”, say our space friends. The ships have been especially constructed for this great day. This is called the period of the Great Harvest of Souls. Each on the Earth will be taken aboard a similar vessel as the Earth is ready for her graduation. Those who are sensitive to different vibrations remark of joyous vibrations and music coming from the Earth. In fact many of us hear celestial music as it plays in the background. The Earth is not sad to see us leave, as she knows many will return in a relatively short time and live in perfect harmony with her as light-bodied humans.

I do not recall much about our flight to our destination planet. It does not take long. I am told that it could be quicker. The space friends on board are using this time for some teachings and assistance to those who wish to have it. We are given another overview of what to expect when we land. Since most are still used to routines, we are given specific directions on what to do. We are told not to worry about remembering everything, since there will be sufficient opportunities to hear it again when we land.

The Destination Planets

Each of us is taken to a destination planet that relates most closely to our individual vibration. Our space friends easily and instantly determine where each of us belongs. There is absolutely no way to fool them. We just cannot suddenly pretend like we are of a very “high vibration” and a super loving person. We are who we are. Our space friends do not judge us. They simply direct each of us to the appropriate place, and they do so in the most loving way. A person of a lower vibration is not allowed to proceed to a higher vibrational destination. However, a person of a higher vibration may choose to remain in a lower level, in case you wish to remain with another individual, for instance. I did not see this happening, but we were told ahead of time that this would be allowed. Those wishing to continue their growth, in what is still referred to as the 3rd dimension, are going to a planet occupied by people of similar beliefs. Regardless of what vibration each is, we take with us the same knowledge, wisdom, love, lack of love, and attitudes as we had before our departure. These will neither be enhanced nor avoided due to the move itself. If there is joy in seeing the Sun rise or set, this will not change. If there is hate and prejudice towards others or self, this too will not change, unless we decide to change these ourselves. If there is an attitude and need for material pleasures, this will also be reflected on the new planet.

There is a destination planet for those who are at the 4th dimensional level. These, too, will be given the opportunity to develop in a place where they are free from the vibrations of those in the 3rd and 5th dimensions.

There are also new homes for those who have elevated themselves to the 5th dimensional level and higher. Primarily these consist of those who have very deliberately raised their vibrations as the Earth has raised hers. Included here are those who have agreed to be the seed for those light-bodied humans who will some day return to live in perfect harmony with the planet Earth.

There are inconveniences to most as you would expect under the circumstances, particularly those who have chosen the 3rd and 4th dimensional growth patterns. Those above the 4th are not so much into many of the physical realities of the Earth, so they adjust easier to their new home. Many of the Earth changes have helped prepare us for the kinds of experiences presented to us. Most seem to adjust very quickly to their new home. There is already some housing waiting for us, as well as other structures. All those who are positive and forward thinking quickly set aside their homesickness as soon as they realize the love and friendliness of their new home.

The Third Dimension

In visiting those on the 3rd dimensional planet, I notice how well adjusted and happy the people seem. My perception is that these people are still into their old paradigms, which is alright for them. Despite having made their choice for this move, most were still skeptical about being able to maintain their old belief systems, including religion. However, I see many churches and places of worship already in use. So, it is secure and reassuring to them that those freedoms are to continue. Aside from the separation and loss of possessions, most appear to be seeing this as a very rewarding experience. It is bringing the people together more than they could have imagined. All are not roses since total attitudes have not changed, but many good things are already happening. There are no obvious differences between this new home and the Earth. The atmospheric conditions are slightly different but everyone has adjusted to these. The air is lighter, much like that at higher elevations of Earth. Most people are still living in the large, wooden community-type buildings, with winding stair cases – very Victorian and quite beautiful. These were already in place when they arrived. By choice, many others have begun moving out into the countryside to establish their own homes. It requires much hard work, but this too, is one of the 3rd dimensional beliefs.

As I move about on the new 3rd dimensional planet, I see green trees, flowers, green grass, birds and hills. It is warm and sunny and the days are about as long as on Earth. As more and more of the “Earth systems” have been implemented, it has become even more like home. Since we left all possessions behind, everyone starts out with the same level of wealth and power. However, it doesn’t take long for some to exert themselves in leadership and dominating roles. There are plenty of local, national and international leaders and “government” heads from Earth who have chosen this path as well. So many of these assume their natural roles which seems to please most people. But their is an excellent opportunity to make everyone equal.

The Fourth Dimension The planet, which is for those who are already in the 4th dimension, is also similar to Earth, but there are some differences. These are not so much in the physical as they are in attitude and in technology. For instance, I am traveling around the city in a vehicle that is powered by solar energy. It is not particularly stylish but is comfortable and has large windows all around. As I listen to one of the radio stations, I am pleasantly surprised to hear upbeat music and a very positive sounding DJ. The songs are pleasant, uplifting but not emotional, and positive in nature. They are happy sounding. Obviously the people have learned the importance of sound, particularly through happy and upbeat music. I have not heard a single sad song, or songs about a lost love.

Except for the hum of a few “vehicle” propulsion engines, the city is quiet. As far as I can tell, the single source of power is from the Sun. The people appear to be happy overall but serious as well. They are at this vibrational level by choice, yet I hear one person questioning his decision to come here, as he thinks of the old days. He is a young, former stockbroker who is trying to find his way in his new home. Perhaps he is a little lonely. I am sure he will soon quit relating to the materialistic ways of old and move into a more deliberate path of light.

The people have become very adept at recognizing a new vibration among them. Without exception, each person comments on my vibration as we meet. Most ask if I am new here. I observe healing by light while touring a “doctors” office. Part of the exam consists of looking into a hand held optical device which produces light patterns. This in turn is correlated to the person’s current level of development, with options given for future growth. Although unique to each, the evaluations seem to produce similar results for those of similar vibrations, at least of those I saw. A very caring doctor is also doing some individual light healing with a small light projecting device. There is a sincere interest on the part of this doctor to assist everyone who has asked for his help. The doctor becomes aware of my presence and is somewhat surprised by my visit.

I am told there are other life forms of similar vibration who are also using this as a “staging or phase-in” planet. As with the humans, they will remain here for as long as they choose, perhaps an entire lifetime, or until they raise their vibrational level to the 5th dimension. I have not seen any of the non humans. I am told they will remain in the background until the people have adjusted more to their surroundings. As I understand, this planet is a temporary home for those who choose to continue their growth beyond the 4th dimension. There are no time limits. There are an infinite number of degrees within each dimension, which allows for either slow, quick, or unlimited growth, depending on the individual needs. This is in contrast to the Earth where many levels of vibration were together. This made it more difficult for those on the upper and lowers ends.

The Fifth Dimension and Beyond

There are people on the Earth who are prepared to move into the 5th dimensional level or higher. My journeys included some of these planets but I will not include these at this time. I will say that as our vibration gets higher and higher, our physical bodies begin to change in very subtle ways. Our bodies become lighter and less dense. The amount and type of food and nourishment we require also changes. The physiological changes begin as we move into the 4th dimension and become even more pronounced as we approach the 5th. It is while in the 5th dimension that the transmutation from a more dense physical body to a light body occurs. It is not an instant process, though. It is the light body that will return to live in peace and harmony with the 5th dimensional Earth. I do not know how long the transmutation process is to take, but it is not long in time-space terms, perhaps 50-150 years. As of this writing, the process has already begun. But it will begin in more earnest as many of the 11-12 year olds of 1992, and younger, have children of their own. These children will mark the direct beginning of a light-bodied human. Each succeeding generation of offspring will be less and less dense in physical terms, and lighter and lighter and of a higher vibration.

Return Visits To Earth

I have returned to Earth on several occasions, and each visit has shown marked change from the first. One visit is soon after the Great Harvest of Souls. Everything is abandoned. It is like a ghost town as depicted in the old wild west movies. I walk into several homes and they are just as they were left. Some still have food on the table. Many refrigerators are filled with food. It is all spoiled as there is no electrical power. The impression is that everyone was prepared to leave when the time came, and there was no fanfare or attempts to exert unnecessary energies towards things that were not to be taken. On another visit, the final cleansing process had begun. From above but close to the Earth, I can see the destruction of all human made constructions. Most of the large or tall buildings have already been leveled by many of the previous Earth changes. Now I see great slabs of concrete roadways and bridges being churned up by unseen forces. Intense heat or other types of energies are being applied that literally dissolve and break these down into a more naturally accepted state. These then are to become a part of the surrounding nature. Our space friends are assisting with the cleansing efforts. As I move across the countryside, I see craft hovering over the different structures. They are applying energy beams that disintegrate the objects. I am told that nothing is lost. These disintegrated objects are converted to another form of energy that can either be utilized within the Earth’s atmosphere, or that dissipate into space beyond Earth. Chemicals harmful to the Earth and radioactive materials are being neutralized and rendered harmless. It is easy to understand why it was necessary for us to leave while the cleansing takes place.

The light-bodied humans that return to Earth will have no need of the human made physical structures. They will travel by thought and will not have need of a physical transportation system. Their energy field will be self regulated, so there will be no need for shelter. The efforts of the Earth and space friend energies are directed in the most loving way to return the Earth to a place of natural beauty. It is to be a beauty that will support the vibration of a 5th dimension planet, a planet of clean, fresh air and clean waterways. It is to be a planet with brilliant snow white poles and contrastingly beautiful forests.

The final visit finds a Mother Earth that is of breathtaking beauty. As I approach her, I can see a clear, well defined, uninterrupted auric field. Beneath her aura is an atmosphere of rich clean air. Missing are the gases and pollutants of the 3rd dimensional human era. The countryside is covered with lush green trees, beautiful bushes and ground covers, and multicolored wild flowers of all descriptions. The waters are flowing in a rhythmic fashion and are clean, sparkling and spring like clear. The musical notes of happy vibrations are everywhere as a reflection of total planetary harmony. There is the echo of love – seen, heard and felt – as the Earth, the Mother of all this planetary life, and the many life systems are all at one. It is a physical beauty that was only dreamed of before the Great Harvest. Mother Earth has become even more loving, fresh looking, radiant and beautiful. She is ready to welcome home those humans who have been readying themselves for this time. A giant homecoming is being prepared as this Mother has much love she wishes to share.

What DO we take with us
when we board the spaceships and leave our earthly home?

We take nothing physical except ourselves.
And we take our ideals, personal and collective.
We take the experience of successes on which to build,
and we take the memories of failures we would not want to repeat.

This address might be given to Earth’s people on board the spacecraft as they plan for their return.

Emigrants from Britain and Europe crossing the Atlantic some 200 years ago were in much the same situation as that in which we now find ourselves. They were heading for a New World, a clean canvas; they were taking with them successful ideals, social systems and technologies which had been developed in the old world; and they were also taking with them memories of failures which they would not want to repeat in their New World. We too are heading for a New World – a cleansed and rejuvenated planet – a clean canvas. We too bring with us a high level of technological development, and fundamental concepts of law, order and justice. We too have in our minds memories of our major failures.

Environmentally, we recall most vividly the planetary pollution, the city traffic and clogged freeways; and we recall, let us hope with the deepest shame, the way we treated our fellow lifeforms in the animal kingdom.

In terms of economy and commerce, we have developed a high level of invention and productive efficiency. Our major problem has been the spirit of confrontation which pervaded relationships, between managements and employees, between producer and consumer. Our method of establishing pay and prices by disputation, with everyone trying to get more, gave rise to continuous inflationary pressure which could only be held in check by permanent unemployment, resulting in personal stress and wasted talent, and the need for government-sponsored welfare programs.

Politics is about relationships – relationships between people, between people and other lifeforms, between people and the planet on which we live, relationships in community, in work and commerce. How have our politics and politicians responded to these challenges?

Our politics had become less a forum for making laws, more a money merry-go-round. Government was taking anything up to 50% of the nation’s income and redistributing it in a multiplicity of programs. The people’s representatives were influenced by campaign contributions, and the people themselves looked on government, less as a source of law and order, more as a source of programs without regard as to how they would be financed. The democratic, majority-rule process was used largely to further individual or sectional interests.

And yet we were not insensitive to the shortcomings of our governing process. Though democracy had become accepted as the best system yet developed, a Gallup Poll conducted in 1995 found that 61% of Americans believed that democracy could not survive without a widespread belief in a god of some kind. In other words, government and social relationships must be guided by higher moral principles.

What are the “higher moral principles” on which we can base our new political and social order?

Politics is about relationships – relationships between people, between people and other lifeforms, between people and the planet on which we live. The Higher Laws of Relationships are many, but they are based on one single Law, namely that whatever we may choose to do, we should do nothing which is harmful to others – be they our fellow people, other lifeforms, or the planetary being on which we make our home. This is the Eternal Law of social conduct instinctively familiar to us all. It requires that in our personal relationships, in business and commerce and in our use of natural resources, we respect others as we would have others respect us. It is the Law of Mutual Respect.

With the guidance of this one single and apparently simple Law, every detail of our political and social life would fall into place.

Guided by the Law of Mutual Respect we would share resources equitably and use them wisely.

We are heading for a New World, a newly cleansed planet. We need to live on her surface, we need to use her resources; but we can resolve and plan NOW to do so with a much greater respect than we have shown in the past. Our homes and communities must be a pleasure to live in, yet should be sparing in their occupation of the planet’s surface. Our transportation must be on a shared basis, non-pollutive and likewise sparing in its land-use. In exchange for our use of Nature’s resources we should give back our care and husbandry. And we must learn to communicate with and to collaborate with other lifeforms on the basis of equality and mutual respect.

Guided by the Law of Mutual Respect we would work and trade honestly and fairly.

We will naturally continue to use our inventiveness to provide for ourselves a high standard of living. But our working relationships must be based on collaboration, not confrontation. We will work and produce for others with the same care and enthusiasm as if we were working and producing for ourselves.

Pay and prices will be based, not on argument and confrontation, but on a fair system of evaluation whereby remuneration and price both reflect work contributed. This in turn provides the monetary stability which will make possible permanent full employment without inflation, thus giving everyone the opportunity to work and contribute to the fullest extent of their desires and capabilities.

Guided by the Law of Mutual Respect in our personal relationships we will naturally respect the lives and legal property of one another and of other lifeforms. And in our relationship with “government” we will not be subject to arbitrary or oppressive laws and regulations.

The Law of Mutual Respect becomes our source of guidance in daily contacts with others; its application to the detail of everyday life provides our legislation. This promotes a totally new kind of government: government which serves and is subservient to the Law itself. Legislation becomes the interpretation of a Higher Law, without opportunity for arbitrary regulation, and without the danger of oppression. With legislators both obligated and limited by a Higher Law, neither individual nor government would be permitted to harm, exploit or oppress others in the pursuance of their peaceful activities and aspirations.

With the universal observance of the Law of Mutual Respect, in a new era of cooperation, liberty, leisure and prosperity, we can begin to concentrate on the development of that inherent spirituality of which in our immediate past we were only dimly aware.

UPDATES on the coming Earth Changes

These texts build up to a powerful message of the imminence of the coming Earth changes. The present scenario is that magma already welling up from the interior of the earth will very soon set in motion a series of major earthquakes around the Pacific Rim, during which time the Galactic Federation will evacuate those populations affected. At the same time they will for the first time be openly announcing to the whole world their existence and the further Earth changes to follow. After a period of three weeks of increasing storms and earthquakes, they will again return to evacuate and relocate the majority of Earth’s population before the final cleansing.

Your magnificent planet is presently on the threshold of graduating into full consciousness. On May 29, 1997, the Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy was given a special disbursement of energies from the highest Spiritual Hierarchies. These energies have permitted the planet to adjust its rapid birthing movements. This time when planet Earth will graduate into the upper reaches of the fourth dimension has now been divinely set. Additionally, Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy has been commanded to work closely with those Archangels in charge of this most divinely inspired activity: the mass landings. These actions have put the Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy into exalted states of angelic bliss. Their primary purpose of returning the Earth to its original state are now quite close to fruition. The only element left is to complete their profound task at the right divine time.

In regard to Earth changes, let us fill you in on what could possibly happen. Right now, your beloved planet is prepared to move into full consciousness. Its Schuman Resonance cycle now sits at 12.9978. The veil between the third and fourth dimensions is only less than a micron in thickness. Not much time is left for Earth’s graduation. When your beloved Mother Earth graduates, it will arouse its many tectonic plates with one immense movement. Continents will be transformed in the twinkling of an eye. The “lost continents” of Atlantis and Lemuria will be raised from the oceans. The atmosphere will be instantly set for the return of the twin firmament levels. In short, your beloved planet will be drastically transformed. This time, as the various indicators now state, is drawing very near. Accordingly, we have drawn up complex plans for the mass evacuations of those areas that will be severely effected by these changes. As a part of the mass landings, we will help your population by preparing both permanent holographic environments beneath your planet’s surface, as well as temporary ones in our many mother ships. In all cases, we will aim to preserve life on your planet and to ease your transformation into your new reality.

August 26, 1997

As we have firmly stated, the Ascension, or rather, the restoration of Earth’s precious ones, coincides with the graduation of your blessed world. Consequently, the planet will start to rumble as you complete your final stages of sacred renewal. The Galactic Federation has put sufficient ships in your solar system to safely evacuate and relocate you. Up till now, it was their firm belief that they would show themselves under only two conditions. First, they deeply hoped for the original scenario for the mass landings to be played out. Second, the Galactic Federation was fully prepared to do partial emergency evacuations, if necessary. These reasons were altered by the intransigence of many of your population, including, strangely enough, over 15 per cent of Earth’s “star seeds”. Dear blessed and precious ones, what we must now relate to you deeply saddens our hearts. Know that what you receive is often the result of a mass consciousness, for you are all one in service to the Supreme Creator. As such, you are always judged both separately and as a people by your Celestial Councils. “The plan has been greatly modified because the planet desires you to acknowledge her as your beloved Mother Earth and to acknowledge the presence of your galactic family. The first phase of this plan will use a series of volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and severe wind storms. Those persons caught in the targeted areas must be evacuated immediately upon receipt of our blessed warnings. In a few selected cases, the special evacuation “action teams” of the Federation’s mass landing fleet will be utilized. Their appearance will be accompanied by the use of Angels from the local Spiritual Hierarchy and by the use of special messages and of calming music. During this phase, we have asked the Galactic Federation to broadcast a special world-wide message that will tell your planet’s most beloved population what is now happening to them. Dear Blessed Children of the Light, you shall be taught many astounding lessons and also learn of your spiritual power. Use it to help one another and to help your dearly beloved planet.

“After the first phase is completed, you will all know three things. First, your planet is swiftly changing and your governments will be largely powerless to help. Second, you are not alone in your galaxy. You have a most diverse crew of beings who are dedicated to helping you. Three, your commitment to Love and to service (being God’s divine tools) are your saving grace. They are a blessing that is both acknowledged and applauded by all of the Spiritual Hierarchy. The second phase requires that a modified version of the original mass landing scenario be applied. In both phases, the Earth’s “star seeds” will be used to aid their fellows in distress. Be prepared to be used in regions where you reside. Also realize, beloved ones, that you are a part of many evacuation “action teams”. You will be teleported up and trained as needed. Above all, please understand that we have canvassed each and every one of you. From this action, we have divided each of you into those ones in grace and those ones who still have some vital lessons to learn.

The second phase of the mass landings will now be done in complete foreknowledge of your world. Those “star seeds” that have not yet been transmuted will be so transformed. By then, your surface governments will have been forced to formally acknowledge allegiance to the Spiritual Hierarchy and to disband. Their acts and scenes in the cosmic drama will have come to an end. Your planet will simultaneously become a member in the great galactic union of Light called the Galactic Federation. Your many, many millennia of quarantine will be over. Those cities and other settlements on the surface of planet Earth will be gone in less than two weeks from the start of phase two. As you can see, the Angelic Realms have planned this action well. You have given us the fork in the road that must now be taken. All of you are our precious children. We have permitted you to react to our initial plans and to determine how they would be played out. Now you have made your choice. We will respond with a divine action. This divine action is now underway and you will feel its loving sting shortly.

“The Ascension is the main reason for all that is now happening to you. Be aware that you have a most important lesson to learn. This lesson concerns compassion and grace. As you return to full consciousness in whatever manner you opt for, please be aware of the use of divine grace. Your restoration is allowed to happen in the way as dictated by your actions. Normally, your soul contract would have been executed more severely, since important soul lessons had to be learned by those who were largely unprepared for them. However, divine grace permitted the Spiritual Hierarchy to execute these lessons in a more loving atmosphere. Yet many of you have abused these wonderful gifts of the Creator. You have used the grace given to you either to turn upon each other or else to ignore your brethren.

“Please be more compassionate and be in service to humanity. Remember, you are all one and when you abuse another, you are really just abusing yourself. Dear precious children, please use this little remaining time to practice compassion for each other and to give the Creator blessings for the extension of this divine grace, for it now governs all aspects of your Ascension process. Realize that we in the Spiritual Hierarchy sincerely love and serve you. We look forward to completing this most divine intervention of your world. When we are reunited in your new reality, you will have a new role to play in your ever-continuing evolution of consciousness.

Let us now very briefly look at the revised mass landing scenario. The key to this new operation is the potential for mass evacuations. Our evacuation “action teams” have been put together and will have many of Earth’s “star seeds” in them. To add the necessary Earth element to our teams, we have stepped up the training programs of those persons who will be initially affected. Additionally, we have completed our preliminary training with those “star seeds” who will be “greeters” and facilitators for those Earth “star seeds”, as they are moved into the light chambers and then to their training planet. We have been spending an inordinate amount of time during many persons’ sleep time with these vital preparations. These actions are now reaching a point of completion. We have also been accelerating those persons who were involved in some of the earlier aspects of the mass landing operation. Your beloved planet has also been preparing itself for the massive changes that must come. The Local Spiritual Hierarchy informs us that Mother Earth has been in the process of internally setting up the natural mechanisms required for completely altering her surface features. The atmosphere is just about adapted for the new firmaments and the jet streams are being readied to be drastically altered. In addition, the massive heating of the equatorial regions of the world’s oceans is an omen that both the ice caps and the continental shelves are nearing a potential eruption episode. In short, your planet is on the verge of a very intense period of change. This drastic change and its divine timing can be alleviated by your combined ritual and meditative actions. Remember that you are very powerful beings. The Supreme Creator desires that you know and learn the power of love, as well as the wise uses of your infinite compassion. We are all one and you can make this next period of planetary transformations as perilous or as harmonious as is divinely possible.

Your Ascension process is now proceeding very nicely. The local Angelic Councils are presently busy realigning the vast number of group souls that are in existence on your planet. The key that they are working on is the complete integration of these souls. When these souls are fully integrated, the planetary karmic cycles will finally be at an end. These various group souls were created during and after the years of Atlantis, from what we call “enlightened Earth souls”. They contain most of the continuing karmic cycles that are presently in effect on your planet. These karmic cycles have been able to keep your population in fear, want and servitude. With the coming of the new heart energies on September 2, 1997, these dastardly cycles can now be easily broken. The Spiritual Hierarchy now intends to make full use of these heart energies to further accelerate your Ascension. It is proof that the great day of your graduation is indeed very near. Your beloved Mother Earth is also getting ready to redress its planetary surface. This critical procedure is being prepared by the use of a series of very natural events. First, planet Earth is now bringing up very hot magma from deep within its interior. These actions are causing the interior magma streams to be significantly altered. This action, in turn, is beginning to heat the world’s oceans near the Equator. This “El Nino” effect has also altered the planet’s weather and changed the life energy patterns in the world’s oceans. This activity is also aiding the vast distortions in your planet’s magnetic fields. This particular action will assist the various fault zones to begin to move in an even more contorted fashion.

The Galactic Federation’s mass landing fleet is now assessing the evacuation prerequisites for your planet. To this end, the command of the mass evacuation “action teams” are now busily completing the final schedules that will be required. The evacuation operation will be divided into two main aspects. The first part is the use of massive suppression raids. To work efficiently, we must have no degree of outside interference from the various minions of your useless and highly ineffective “governments”. They simply serve only their own interests and not that of their people. Consequently, we shall disable and prevent their possible interference through the proper and efficacious use of our defense forces. Second, we shall then bring in the actual evacuation teams, as well as those Angelic members that will help to supervise our actions. Included in this second group will be those Earth “star seeds” specially selected and trained to join these particular “action teams”. The Earth is quickly approaching its time to graduate. Graduation will be marked by a massive series of prolonged Earth “changes”. These changes will forever alter the face of your world. At present, Galactic Federation geologists, seismologists and volcanologists are closely monitoring these changes. The enormous currents of up-welling magma have just about reached your planet’s surface. This phenomenon will become very apparent when your different so-called “rings of fire” begin to get more active in the coming weeks. In addition, many global fault systems are now preparing to gravely move. In short, your planet’s crust is starting to come under an abnormal amount of stress and pressure. We are deeply concerned about this matter, since no one can survive if not evacuated. Yet your beloved planet Earth is very worried for your safety. Please listen carefully to your hearts, not to your minds, when the time comes for you to evacuate. It is the least that you can do to support our “action teams” and your beloved Mother Earth.

Your Ascension procedures are continuing to come along very nicely. The Local Spiritual Hierarchy has told us that they have now awakened over 23 per cent of your population. This “awakening” operation has permitted the Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy to increase the various stages of the necessary genetic cellular mutations now present among your general population. In addition, the local Angelic Realms have been increasing the appearance of various visionary apparitions, as well as the world-wide sighting of Angels. Many important researchers into these particular matters on your world have recently begun to inform the public that you are indeed living in the so-called “end times”. We view these developments with pleasure and feel that your planet’s populace has now shifted into a subtle realization that a critical shift in your reality is now rapidly underway.

Various regions of your planet now need a concentrated ritual directed toward them. These regions include: the Pacific Southwest coast and accompanying mountain ranges of the USA, the northern Cascade range of the USA’s Pacific Northwest, the Sierra Madre range that surrounds Mexico’s capital and the islands of the Central South Pacific Ocean. These regions are now the most at risk. The Galactic Federation’s mass landing fleet has been maintaining its full stand-by alert. This fleet has been intensively monitoring your world. Our scientists have been involved in both an aerial and land monitoring. Special instruments have been placed inside the centers of various volcanoes and fault zones. The defense forces have been increasing their suppression raids and have left behind certain undetected devices. These instruments have been placed to insure that no military forces are launched against any Federation evacuation forces. The special “action teams” have performed small trial runs in unpopulated desert plate areas of the USA’s Southwest. These exercises have shown us that our mass landing activities can go undetected by anyone who is not in the exact area. In addition, we have put into operation a series of new atmospheric protocols for the mass landing of commercial aircraft. These new procedures will now include the option of the teleportation of these aircraft to specified mother ships where possible.

The planet has been in the midst of some very severe changes. Right now, the planet has completed the last stages before the great cataclysms begin. The major global fault zones are under a series of maximum stresses and strains. The major volcanic chains of the planet are in the preliminary stages of being activated. The Galactic Federation’s mass landing fleet is now separating into two parts. The first is the partial evacuation fleet and its many “action teams”. The second part is the segment of the fleet consigned to carry out the original mass landing operation. These two parts have caused the joint command staff to issue some new operational orders. These new orders were formally issued on September 18, 1997. In addition, a new joint liaison board was ordered to be formed and to be operating on September 19, 1997…. Your planet is now finishing off its preparations for a first stage of drastic Earth changes. These first changes will concentrate on the western United States, the Central and Eastern Pacific region, and the Caribbean. These changes will highlight the fact that your planet desires to graduate to a much higher level of consciousness. We will keep you informed of these changes and will be in position to assist you when necessary. Our first concern is that your population survives and understands what is about to happen to it. Each one of our special evacuation “action teams” is a highly-trained unit. To each group, we have added a special group of seismologists and volcanologists. These scientific groups are closely monitoring a specific part of your planet and coordinating with teams monitoring your entire planet. We have established specific broad-based timetables and action priorities. These action items will determine our deployment and actual set of action procedures. You should know and understand that these procedures will ensure that our primary purposes will be met. You are not alone.

We shall start with an overview of our fleet’s schedules. As you know, our fleet has been divided into two segments. The first part is concerned with the partial evacuation of your planet. They will concentrate on areas where the initial cataclysmic activity will occur. They are also going to carry out the first large-scale direct interaction with your Earthly populations. This fact has made it essential that these initial forays into your world go smoothly and correctly… The second part of our mass landing fleet is deeply dedicated to the world-wide landing scenario. This particular operation will happen after a number of cataclysmic evacuations have been concluded by the first part of our fleet. As mentioned previously, this final procedural event will occur some three weeks after the overall scenario is underway. Our hope is that, by this time, a number of important factors will now be in play. First, the Galactic Federation will be known as a real entity by the vast majority of Earth’s populace. Second, your world-wide population will be knowledgeable of the vastness of the Earth’s changes. Third, each nation’s citizens will understand that the coming cataclysms cannot be handled by the numerous emergency agencies of any of Earth’s governments. Fourth, each aspect of our actions is part of a divine intervention based upon GOD’s WILL and divine grace. Fifth, you are about to be the co-creators of a most incredible human galactic society. These just-delineated factors should make our overall operations much more palatable to your citizenry. However, the Galactic Federation’s personnel will still be fully prepared for dealing with both fear, hysteria and mass panic.

This new scenario has some general characteristics. First, the evacuation fleet and its “action teams” will be deployed when necessary. They will aid your planet’s inhabitants and also announce our presence. Those members of the “action teams” from your planet will undergo an accelerated training program that will encompass a total of less than two hours of Earth time. Second, we will employ a very aggressive suppression program of all Earth-based defense forces. Our defense wings have been very successful in interrupting and stopping the signals of all military communication systems. Third, we will put force fields around all evacuation sites that will stop any military forces from entering our evacuation zones. Fourth, all Earth residents will be taken either to the previously prepared deep underground relocation sites or to our Mother ships as is appropriate. Finally, those Earth dwellers who have to be put into full consciousness after the mass landings are completed will be trained as noted in previous scenarios.

Mother Earth is presently changing at a swifter pace. Many of the military crashes that you have recently heard about on your news programs were due to the effects of the highly unstable geomagnetic field upon their very sensitive navigation and flight operational systems. Your planet’s lower subtle body fields are now in the midst of some very enormous fluctuation. These energy anomalies are also causing you to feel very “strange” and “out of sorts”. These energy fields, when augmented by your own changes in frequency, have been causing some very unusual stress to be put upon your body. The up-swelling of magma from near the Earth’s core has also increased these effects. Therefore, please be very aware that you are now in the extremely brief period before Earth’s vast changes begin to occur. We in the Galactic Federation will keep you informed of what is happening. However, it is solely up to you to decide your fate.

The Ascension program has now reached a point where it is necessary to describe how it will be carried out. This procedure will be done in roughly three waves. The first wave will consist of those “star seeds” that must be prepared for the evacuation programs. The order in which they are transformed will depend upon the timetable for these evacuations. Mother Earth has decided upon a series of diverse changes which require our attention. You will be notified when you must expect our appearance. In addition, we will teleport those “star seeds” who will be needed to greet and to train these wonderful souls. This first wave will take about two and one-half weeks to be completed.

The second wave will consist of those “star seeds” that are a part of the mass landing scenario. Their training program should be even more compressed into a period of just over one hour in duration. Our main concern has been the adjustment of limited consciousness beings to a device as highly complex as our Light chambers. These devices were not initially designed for what they must now accomplish. Hence, we have used every opportunity to test these devices in their vastly modified mode of operation. These “tests” have demonstrated to us that you needed some additional forms of adjustment. In all cases, we have now had the Spiritual Hierarchy calibrate you for this more accelerated transformation and training program. Remember that you are just the beginning of a procedure that will transform Earth’s population into full conscious beings of the Light.

The last wave will include the vast majority of your populace. Earth’s population will have been modified into full consciousness some three hours after the Galactic Federation’s mass landing operations are completed. Their special training program will take about two Earth days to consummate. When this event is finally accomplished, your planet, as well as you, yourselves, will have graduated into a whole new reality. This more massive training program has undergone a number of modifications. It will incorporate a series of new elements. These new elements will include the addition of various sentient beings. They will be inserted into the program some 18 hours after its start. Moreover, the Angelic Realms will have a highly inclusive program on galactic laws, history, and past lifetimes as part of our standard training procedures.

We in the Galactic Federation can now say that the up-welling of the Earth’s magma has reached the end of its first stages. These developments are about to put many parts of your planet at risk. The major area of concern remains the western portion of what you call the United States of America. The area of this region that we are concentrating on is the southwestern Pacific coast. Here, a series of important factors is beginning to reveal itself to us. First, the territory is very unstable and contains a number of dormant volcanoes and dangerous fault zones. The up-welling magma is beginning to interfere in a major way with these geological phenomena. This pattern is also reflected by magnetic energy anomalies that now exist in the upper atmosphere high above this particular area. We are very concerned and are watching this region, as well as others that are almost as critical. Our purpose is to use this information to warn both you and our “action teams” when it is appropriate. The Galactic Federation’s mass landing fleet is now putting its evacuation “action teams” on full stand-by alert over some areas now slated for trouble. We are determined to successfully complete our assigned mission. The potential catastrophes that will shortly grip your world must be looked upon as more than a test in faith. The various Devic and Angelic forces in charge of the Earth’s transformation have told us many things about what is in store for all of you. The planet will expand slightly and then it will contract. This expansion is caused by the fact that much of the magma just under the surface has been slowly cracking the Earth’s crust apart. This action has caused many new fluid structures to be formed within this upper magma flow. Now, additional massive pressure is being created by the enormous up-welling of magma from deep in the Earth’s interior. The lower part of the crust is now being torn by these fluid structures. Further, rather large fluid structures are being raised by the up-welling magma. These fluid structures are also slamming into the Earth’s very thin and fragile crust. The Earth’s surface is now rapidly approaching a denouement. In it, it will massively restructure itself in a blast of incredible raising and lowering of its surface. Ocean basins and continents will be swiftly reformed. The changing Earth’s surface will be completely unlivable for its human inhabitants until a new age of stability is restored. The Galactic Federation’s mass landing fleet is also vitally interested in what is transpiring down on the Earth’s surface. The evacuation “action teams” have been integrated with a series of special geological monitoring teams. These geological teams have established that the Earth’s surface will be torn asunder by a three-stage scenario. In-between each active period will be a short period of relative calm. Our initial purpose will be to send down our “action teams” to the first stage areas with two purposes in mind. First, the important procedures of rescue and relocation of the affected Earth dwellers. Second, there is the significant need to make ourselves known to your world-wide populace. We fully intend to use those already known aspects of the pre-evacuation procedure to allow you and your fellows to completely realize the certitude of our existence in your midst. The Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy is now finishing its three-step procedure to vastly alter your planet’s surface. The amount of deep up-welling of magma from the Earth’s core is drastically increasing each week. Further, the many transfers of warmer ocean water at many different depths of the world’s oceans is also greatly increasing. In effect, the Earth’s crust, along with its water and air, is now under a very enormous amount of pressure. This pressure has but one purpose: to crack the Earth’s crust and create a new pristine planet. The first step of this operation was to apply the strain that would cause the Earth to begin to crack open. The next stage is to use the energies of the local Council of the Elohim and the entire devic kingdom to begin to reform your beloved planet. The last stages will allow the Earth to completely transform itself into its new permanent and stable shape. In all of these stages, we in the Galactic Federation are committed to fully ensure that your planet’s human populace is kept as safe as is in right relationship to the divine plan. The Galactic Federation’s mass landing fleet is also preparing to achieve their objectives. Right now, we are very close to the start of our many evacuation operations. In this regard, we are closely watching the final preparations of Earth’s “star seeds”. In the beginning of your civilization, there was a great rivalry between Lemuria and Atlantis. This rivalry is about to come to a conclusion with an enormous victory on the part of the forces of Light. The key to this victory was the incredible work of your planet’s Spiritual Hierarchy and their partners: each and every one of you. All of you have had an important part to play in the successful conclusion of this cosmic drama. The purpose of this play was to show the marvelous resiliency of the human soul. It was also to prove that even the deepest shade of darkness cannot reign forever on a globe dedicated to the Light. This long nightmare is near its end. However, before it goes, it still has to demonstrate the great number of delaying tactics that such regimes are heir to. Even those of us in this Galactic Federation did not initially realize how cantankerous they could be. This divine experiment must symbolize how difficult an experience it has been for all concerned. Indeed, Mother Earth took on this great responsibility just to prove her great dedication to the divine plan. ….As this drama plays itself out, the participants have been given an unbelievable number of lessons to learn. These lessons have allowed an entire galaxy to now unite. It has also permitted us to end a great galactic war and to finally help to create the new Intergalactic Union. These events have provided the means for a new chapter in the divine plan to be unfolded. This new chapter in galactic history brings us closer to the sacred parables upon which this Galactic Federation of Light was founded. These parables involve the Great Blue Lodge of Sirius and the most holy Council of the Nine…

The Earth has been completing the first stages of its great transformation. This process has involved the movement of magma from the Earth’s core area, the alteration of the upper atmospheric jet streams and the upper ocean currents, as well as a vast change in her subtle bodies. These changes have reflected the need of your beloved planet to return to her pristine state. Our Federation geologists have discovered that the Earth’s tectonic plates are now severely tearing in three places. First, there is the Eastern Pacific plate. It is now reaching a point where a series of volcanic and earthquake episodes are inevitable. These geologic episodes will permit the “lost” continent of Lemuria to eventually rise from the sea. Second, there is the entire region of the Central Atlantic Ocean. Here, two major plates meet and there is another great series of cracks occurring in the Earth’s upper and lower crusts. These mostly volcanic episodes will lead to the rising of Atlantis. Finally, the Western part of North America, as well as the Central part of Asia, are in the greatest forms of stress. These geologic episodes will mostly affect the western portion of the United States, as well as the nations of China, Japan, Korea, India and most of Siberia and southeast Asia. All of these events are very close to happening. The mass landing fleets of the Galactic Federation are closely monitoring this entire situation. At present, we have divided the mass landing fleet into two parts: the evacuation teams and the mass landing teams.

Your Ascension is moving along very nicely. The Spiritual Hierarchy of your beloved planet has informed us that approximately 27 percent of your general population has now “awakened”. This growing number of beings has greatly encouraged our activities. In addition, the numbers of your population that have voiced approval and cooperation with this mission at the highest soul levels have increased to over 87 percent. These growing figures show us that the Earth dwellers are indeed getting the message on one very important level. Nevertheless, we still realize that only a very small number of you consciously understand what is now very close to happening. This fact represents a very definite challenge to all of our plans. We understand the great hold that the “powers that be” have on your mass media. We deeply appreciate all Earth humans who are willing to aid us by disseminating information about what is truly happening on your world.

Most of your population now believes that we exist. The major problem is that they do not fully understand what is going on here, and the exact nature of the mission that we have undertaken. Most of your feature films and other forms of mass entertainment have primarily painted a very negative picture of who we truly are, and of our true intentions while we are in contact with all of you. In one way or another, we have to rapidly dispel this very negative set of images. One of the first items that was brought to our attention was the fact that the Galactic Federation of Light is largely unknown to most of you. We have to demonstrate to your populace that we exist. Moreover, we are a physical adjunct to the Spiritual Hierarchy in this galaxy. All of the “experts” on Earth humans and their society have told us that this aspect is important to the success of our mission. Hence, the Spiritual Hierarchy has decided to bring their unique abilities to bear on this problem. When we first land on your shores, we will have the full cooperation of the Angelic Realms. The Angelic Realms have decided to bring in extra Angels. They will go around your planet and will announce what is now happening. This operation will occur when the first mass evacuations are underway. In addition, the Angelic Realms have asked us to announce our mission with the use of their special music on a world-wide basis. Likewise, they want us to use this time to make a detailed announcement of approximately when the entire mass landing scenario will commence. The Angelic Realms will then perform a special series of “surprises” that will be in accordance with prophecy that the end time has arrived, and that we are their special emissaries. In addition, we intent to make full use of Earth’s “star seeds”. The Angelic Realms sincerely want us to make more “star seeds” than are needed for the evacuations fully conscious. They have told us that it is a time for many miracles to occur upon the Earth. Consequently, we have decided to activate special groups of “star seeds” throughout your planet’s population.

This restructured program will entail that we begin a more massive training of “star seeds” that we had at first envisioned. These new requirements will mean that we must now greatly increase the number of Earth’s ‘star seeds” that we teleport to our ships. At this time, their training will be divided into two distinct aspects. The first part is the training that will prepare them to easily interact with our “action teams”. The second segment involves preparing them to deal with the unusual concept of being fully conscious beings who are living in a limited consciousness society.

The mass landing scenario, as you can well imagine, has been changed by what is now happening. The joint command board of the Federation’s mass landing fleet issued a series of new operational orders to all fleet commanders on October 13, 1997. These orders gave them a new number of operational procedures. We will now pick up some 30% of all “star seeds” during the first phase of our evacuation operations. Some 12 per cent of them will be given the very special mission just described to you above. Their mission will be assisted by special holy emissaries from the Angelic Realms. It is important that your general population understand that what is happening is due to God’s WILL. Your population has to be made aware of the fact that these emissaries of God and the Galactic Federation are to be here to present humanity with its glorious future. Earth’s humanity must be moved from unenlightened brutality to enlightened wisdom. You can no longer be permitted to dwell in the dark. We are here with the Spiritual Hierarchy to present you with a most righteous and divine gift from the Creator: full consciousness.

Meanwhile, your beloved planet is readying its entire scenario for change. This scenario will begin on three major world-wide fronts. These fronts are meteorological, volcanic and seismic. That is, the planet and its Spiritual Hierarchy have planned a simultaneous three-pronged attack. The first key will be a number of seismic events that are tied to several major volcanic eruptions. These events will rapidly increase in number and intensity once they begin. Tied in to these serious geologic events will be some rather severe hurricanes, typhoons and tornadoes. The enormity of these combined events will deeply impinge on human civilization. The clock for these events has also been started. In the beginning, they will seem terrible, but well within the present scope of human perception. Quickly, over a very short period of time, they will increase to the province of an unthinkable calamity. Just know that we are fully prepared for what is to happen and that you are not alone.

The Earth is now preparing to make its first great moves. These first moves will be announced by some very unusual weather patterns. These specific meteorological phenomena have already begun to form in the Earth’s atmosphere. They are being created by the warming of your oceans and a slight warming of your upper atmosphere. The combination of these two elements is leading to a lower atmosphere that is very capable of suddenly spawning intense storm cells. Your beloved Mother Earth intends to use these super- strong storm cells as the harbinger of some very severe Earth changes. Hence, the scenario will include storms, a series of strange movements in the Earth’s magnetic field and then a series of key earthquakes and volcanoes. This onslaught of the Earth’s many natural forces is to demonstrate to all that these events are the warning of a new reality. They are not being done to punish your civilization, but only to cleanse it. From this sacred cleansing, there will come a most joyous society founded by the use of a regained full consciousness.
