What is Channeling Exactly?
I asked my own guides this question and this is their reply:
A channeling in a worldly sense means the transmission of energy information from an energetic light source being through a human matter being to enhance and help speed up the spiritual consciousness/growth/availability and protracted long term future needs of the human race.
As we enter a time of accelerated change, inherent perhaps due to your extremely rapid technological exchanges and progressions we enter a time where human consciousness on masse needs to keep up. A select few individuals doing all the spiritual work does not work anymore.
There are Universal Laws that we all must abide or else destruction and mayhem reign. None of us wants that!
So we endeavor to bring our knowledge, wisdom, but most importantly we endeavor to bring the movie of the Big Picture of the Universe directly to your consciousness. Our belief is that if human beings have the big picture they will act differently -more holistically- in terms of their everyday lives as well.
After all, daily actions are the actions on which one’s entire life is built. Never underestimate that truth.
So, in terms of channeling, there are some requirements:
1. The channel needs to be able to recede their own views, egos, points of happenings, distribution of thought patterns, and allow this channeled information from light source beings to emerge clearly through human speech or writing. As you are doing now, my precious child. (I had to smile at that -InnerlightJ).
2. The channel must develop her/his own soul path continuously, often, I may add, against a society that purports that everything except soul development and growth is important.
Luckily it seems as though the wave of consciousness which rides the wave of changes is beginning to peak at a crest where more human beings are acknowledging that following, understand, knowing, and inhabiting their soul’s purpose is the most important goal to set. This goal should always be set on the highest priority as the number one goal.
Without hesitation, by contracting with yourselves, to follow your soul’s pre-determined life plan you will not only increase mankind’s positive bank of consciousness thoughts but also ensure your immediate circle of loved ones their highest good.
The best example, anyone, anywhere, can give, as a role model to those they care about is to follow their Soul’s predetermined life purpose. By pre-determined we mean that the soul has already made certain life choices and life purpose edicts to Itself that align with God Source Wisdom. The Soul will try to follow these edicts, however, to be enabled to use all its Soul Power, you, as a being with free will and freedom of expression must allow it to reign. Only each individual can make the real decision to follow his or her True Soul’s Pathway.
The Soul Path Journey can be channeled through to you by others who have a channeling gift or, even more easily, can be seen in clues around you by channeling your own information to yourself. Opening up a line of communication with your deep-seated Soul wants and needs (i.e. goals) requires only one thing: commitment.
Write yourself a Soul Contract.
Example of a Soul Commitment Contract you can use:
I, full name_______________________, hereby fully commit to: listening, learning, and doing, all I can do – mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually – to facilitate, guide, drive forward, and align myself to my Soul Purpose in alignment with Mankind’s highest purpose and the Universal God Source.

Ultimately, by making an awareness of your Soul’s need a priority in your life you allow it to shine through and use its enormous energetic powers and Its gentle wisdom to guide you to create the life of your dreams.
Our sole/soul purpose (as light source beings) lies in channeled information allowing more and more individuals to acquire practical tools and strategies, motivation, and a bigger, wider, broader, picture of a wholistic wonderful life for more and more of Mankind.
