What I wanted to talk about tonight, simply because it’s the thing that is moving me to the edge of my chair at the moment, is – I called the talk Eros and the Eschaton, and what I could have called it is Eros and the Eschaton: What Science Forgot, because somebody asked me recently, “Is there any permission to hope?” More specifically, is there any permission for smart people to hope?! – I mean, it’s easy to hope if you’re stupid!

Guides
The first level of “Spirit” human support is our personal team of “Guides”. Why I mention it to be the “first level” of communication is that our guides are the closest in frequency and dimension to our physical form.
This means they may be felt in our etheric level body and/or communicated within the astral plane dimension. Since these are within the 3rd-4th level frequency planes, they are easier to connect and communicate with for most all human beings.
You do not need to be spiritual, evolved or have a special talent to communicate with your “Guide”.
A lot of people are resistant to the idea of a “soul” because of how this term has gotten wrapped up in religious superstition and dogma. Some people think it is outright silly. But the concept of consciousness being able to detach from the body offers a lot of explanatory power when it comes to phenomena such as Near Death Experiences, Out-Of-Body Experiences, astral projections, and even reincarnation. In fact, the evidence for reincarnation is […] Read More
We all have an innate desire to grow and to become the very best expressions of ourselves. This is why we spend our lives learning, evolving, and striving to align with a way of life that both supports and fulfills us.
To achieve this requires that we transform from where we are now to where we want to be. Growth, progress, and even our very survival depend on us transforming our lives and our world for the better.
Today, the world is changing fast. Technology continues to advance at speeds that are increasingly difficult to keep up with.
“There was something almost mysterious about this woman. Her face had lots of wrinkles. These were the first things to catch your eye, but they didn’t make her look old. Instead, they emphasized a certain youthfulness in her that transcended age. The wrinkles belonged where they were, as if they had been part of her face since birth. When she smiled, the wrinkles smiled with her; when she frowned, the wrinkles frowned, too.
A Russian scientist is trying to convince people they can change the world simply by using their own energy. He claims that thinking in a certain way can have a positive or negative effect on the surrounding environment. “We are developing the idea that our consciousness is part of the material world and that with our consciousness we can directly influence our world,” said Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, professor of physics at St.
Woo-woo. New ager. Yogi. Granola. Hippie. Witch. Kool-Aid drinker. Cultist. “Weirdo.”
Just some of the not-so-loving terms often used to describe those of us who have a fascination and curiosity for non-religious spirituality. And used by those who have little to no understanding or interest in this subject matter.
Which is why I know many of you keep your spirituality under wraps. Hidden from the outside world. Or only revealed to other “awake” people around you (a.k.a. like-minded individuals). I get it. Nobody wants to be shamed. Made fun of. Ridiculed. Outcast.
I’ve found that the awakening process is very similar to the grieving process, in that we move through several stages on the way to acceptance and enlightenment.
Have you ever wondered what your soul purpose is? It’s a concept that ignites the curiosity within each of us.
