In this outstanding video, Teal Scott explains how to move from mind space into the heart space in order to live from the heart.
The heart is the first organ to appear when we come into physical form. It is the first organ which develops in a human fetus. It is often called “the seat of the soul” because the human heart is the first interface between our non physical soul and our physical body.
The pineal gland (also called the pineal body, epiphysis cerebri, epiphysis or the “third eye”) is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. It produces the serotonin derivative melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and seasonal functions.

We are all cradled in the supportive and protective care of guardian angels. Our guardian angels are messengers from God, sent to guide us as we make our way through life. Think of your guardian angel as your loving companion who walks by your side, providing guidance and assistance.
As best friend, your guardian angel may come to you as the nurturing presence of a mother to comfort you in times of need, bringing inspiration and beneficial influences.

Starseeds are people that have their spiritual story on planets other than Earth.

If one day every woman woke up and was happy with her self, the cosmetic industry would go out of business.
Not just women, but men too. Why do we obsess over our looks so much to the extent that we put on a mask every day to project out to the world? Sometimes we put on a physical mask; sometimes we don our psychological mask. This is our ego, our self-image. Some people identify more as their body, usually just the thin outer layer called the skin.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli wrote, “I’ve brought myself by long meditation to the conviction that a human being with a settled purpose must accomplish it.” Every human being has a settled purpose or intent. Everyone showed up with something they were supposed to accomplish. The problem is, very few people spend any time exploring that intent. Therefore, few missions get accomplished and few people live intentionally. Below are the keys to discovering your intent.
Key 1 – You showed up knowing your intent.
Poet Rumi wrote, “There is one thing in the world that should not be forgotten.
