Self love is a really popular topic in healing, wellness and self help circles right now, and I personally believe that is a really, really good thing.
At one point or another, you may find yourself feeling “stuck” in life. Life feels stagnant and its waters no longer rage with passion or depth. When your options in life cease to feel limitless, it is only natural to feel as if you have hit a wall which you cannot move past. Unfortunately, this natural reaction only limits you more by breeding a negative mindset and essentially, if left unchecked, a resistance to life as a whole.
To clear negative blocks in your life you must consciously identify their origins and confront them.

BUDDHA, THE WORD (The Eightfold Path)
THE FOUR NOBLE TRUTHS THUS has it been said by the Buddha, the Enlightened One: It is through not understanding, not realizing four things, that I, Disciples, as well as you, had to wander so long through this round of rebirths. And what are these four things? They are the Noble Truth of Suffering, the Noble Truth of the Origin of Suffering, the Noble Truth of the Extinction of Suffering, the Noble Truth of the Path that leads to the Extinction of Suffering.

A lot of us have watched “The Secret” or have heard about the Law of Attraction from a friend or a book. Many of us have even tried to use it by thinking positively or creating “vision boards.” Too often, we don’t see results, quit and log it away somewhere in the subconscious mind. Unfortunately, many of us don’t realize that we’ve left out a key component. Something vital to our success in using the Law of Attraction (LOA).

Forgiving ourselves for hurting another is easier if we first make amends—thus giving our inner selves a “moral OK,” according to Baylor University psychology researchers.
The research, published in The Journal of Positive Psychology, is significant because previous studies show that the inability to self-forgive can be a factor in depression, anxiety, and a weakened immune system, researchers said.
“One of the barriers people face in forgiving themselves appears to be that people feel morally obligated to hang on to those feelings. They feel they deserve to feel bad.
Everything Changes
“Become totally empty. Let your heart be at peace. Amidst the rest of the world’s comings and goings, observe how endings become beginnings.” – Dr. Wayne Dyer
STOP WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW. JUST OBSERVE. Observe everything around you. You might be at home, on a bus, travelling, on holidays, in a park, it doesn’t matter. Just notice the things around you. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING. From the light, the smells, the movement of people, the sound of the traffic, the breeze, plants, insects…Nothing will ever be the same again as that moment you just experienced.

We have all been guilty of passing judgment on both ourselves and others. We judge ourselves for where we’re at in life, or we judge others on their actions and lifestyle choices. In truth, judgement is not a freeing feeling, it confines both us and the people we place judgment upon. On a deeper level, humans operate on vibrations and frequencies. Simply put, we are energy and therefore we are very sensitive to the energy that comes from our thoughts and words.
