HIGHER SELF

Your Higher Self is an angelic Life Force which is represented on the many Higher Chakric Layers or Levels. It is an infinite Consciousness that is connected to you, by an invisible silver chord.

2000: Balancing, Grounding and Integrating

1. Using your breath to meditate!

Meditating and breathing are spiritual disciplines that help you to balance your energy fields and to ground. Learn how to meditate using your breath as a focus. Sit on a chair, feet to ground, spine erect, hands clasped and eyes closed. Take five deep breaths and begin to focus on the rhythm of your breathing. Say “In” as you inhale and “Out” as you exhale. If you become distracted, don’t beat yourself up. Just return to your focus as soon as possible. THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MEDITATE.

2001: Ascension Symptoms

Know that although our evolutionary process is rapidly accelerating, along with the New higher vibrational energies, we are all experiencing these changes in our own way and in our own time, according to who we are and according to our coding and plan before birth. In addition, generally speaking, our ascension process relates to how we each run our own individual energy, and what our beliefs and experiences are (in other words, how we are wired and how we vibrate).

Archangel Chakra Prayer

This is a prayer that you can affirm as often as you want to connect with the energies of the Archangels and higher beings. There is one Archangel or Higher Being for each of the chakras. Events are happening…that are dissolving the imprisoning vibration and vibrationally reconnecting the Earth with the rest of Creation.

2012: An Argument for the Extraterrestrial Origin of Mankind

Exploration of other star systems requires not only the ability to construct a craft capable of attaining speeds approaching that of light, but also a species with an extremely long lifespan. After all, what good is an expedition if, upon their return, all of their contemporaries are dead? Therefore, for interstellar travel to be feasible, the average lifespan of the species must be at least long enough for an expedition to reach its objective, perform studies, and return with the information and/or resources within a single generation.

2001: Peace Pilgrim

There once walked a woman called Peace Pilgrim.

In her lifetime she walked many miles in order to follow her heart. She made such an impact on those she came across as she walked across this country. She left a lasting legacy amongst thousands during her twenty-eight year pilgrimage for peace. Her message was expressed plainly. The message, so simply put, is this. When enough of us find inner peace, our institutions will become more peaceful and there will be no more occasion for war. What follows is a poem written by Peace. It is called War.
