2016: 6 Tips To Eliminate Self-Doubt and Trust Yourself Again

The worst enemy to happiness is self-doubt.

Has self-doubt ever stopped you from doing something you longed to do?

That little voice in your head kept whispering…

“Who are you to even try to accomplish that?”

Whether you wanted to run a marathon, start a business, or go for a promotion, that little voice kept nagging at you that you’re not good enough.

In early 2014, this was the soundtrack that played on repeat in my head.

See, I really, really wanted to start a new business.

2015: 16 Uncomfortable Feelings That Actually Indicate You’re On the Right Path

by Brianna Wiest

Discomfort is what happens when we are on the precipice of change. Unfortunately, we often confuse it for unhappiness, and cope with the latter while running from the former.

It usually takes a bit of discomfort to break through to a new understanding, to release a limiting belief, to motivate ourselves to create real change. Discomfort is a signal, one that is often very helpful.

Here are a few (less than desirable) feelings that may indicate you’re on the right path after all:

1. Feeling as though you are reliving your childhood struggles.

2016: Consciousness – 5 Steps to Open the Floodgates and Expand It

Individualism, consumerism, and progressive success have constrained us to lower consciousness, but we yearn to ascend and expand it.

When our consciousness expands, even momentarily, we see the world very differently — as a place where people suffer because their inner child is lost and is running amok with their emotions.

Hence, a world where people are always trying to be heard but fail to communicate, because they’re not in sync with their higher self and, consequently, they begin lashing out against one another.

At times, we realize that we can be one of these people as well.

2015: This Is What Science Says About The Idea Of Soulmates

I’ve never really looked at the word “soulmate” and taken it into consideration in real life. It seems a fantastical term that can only be understood, in my world, as a word to describe just how magically strong the connection between two people is. I know for a fact it wasn’t love at first sight when I met my other half.

2015: There is Something Extraordinary Happening in the World

by Gustavo Tanaka

Most of us haven’t quite realized there is something extraordinary happening.

A few months ago I freed myself from standard-procedure society, I broke the chains of fear that kept me locked up into the system. Since then, I see the world from a different perspective: the one that everything is going through change and that most of us are unaware of that.

Why is the world changing? In this post I’ll point out the 8 reasons that lead me to believe it.

2015: 14 Unique Symptoms of a Spiritual Awakening

by Andrea Schulman

Have you experienced any symptoms of a spiritual awakening? Chances are, if you are reading this article, the answer is “yes!”

A spiritual awakening is an ongoing process whereby a person becomes aware of their connection to the infinite, and becomes mindful of their spiritual nature.

As spirits, we are eternal in nature. However, when we are born into these bodies, many of us “forget” our spiritual nature. We are often raised believing that we are disconnected from one another, and that this life is our only existence.

2015: Happiness and the size of your precuneus

Where does happiness exist in the brain? Are the brains of happy people different from those of unhappy people? Researchers from Kyoto University, in a new study published in the journal Scientific Reports, say the precuneus region is larger in people who report more happiness in their lives than in people who aren’t as happy.

In the study, neuroscientists first scanned the brains of 51 participants, 26 of them female, using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
