This is the 12:12 meditation.

A Brief description

The Masters may appear to you psychically, mentally or physically as Angels, Human Beings or balls of golden light. They emanate unconditional love and warmth and are never judgmental, commanding or demanding.

Quartz crystal, pictures of saints/guides/devas (nature spirits); drawing paper and coloured pencils, calm music.
We recommend that you begin and end each lesson with a short meditation of ten minutes duration, as your body and mind need to be calm and relaxed to achieve the best spiritual/psychic results.

Ascension simply means ‘going up’. Ascending rather than descending.
What is going up? Earth’s vibration or frequency. Think of Earth as part of a big cycle that has moved down to its’ lowest point and then starts to go back up again. As the vibration has gone down, things have got denser and denser, slower and slower. The bandwidth of frequency, or dimension Earth sits in is determined by how dense and slow she is. Earth has hit the bottom in the third dimension and cannot exist any lower.
