1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Another variation of this is what I call “black-hole sleep” — you sleep for 10 hours or more.

1) Cleansing The Etheric Body Through Physical Exercise
Do physical exercise for about five minutes. Doing physical exercise has a cleansing effect on the etheric body. Light grayish matter or used-up prana is expelled from the etheric body when exercising. Physical exercises have to be done to minimize possible pranic congestion since this meditation generates a lot of subtle energies in the etheric body.
2) Invocation For Divine Blessing
Invoke the Divine Blessings. Hindus pray for Shiva or Krishna or to the Guru, Christians to Jesus or Christ or Mary, Muslims to Allah, and Buddhists to Buddha.
PREPARATION
A collection of essential oils to smell, such as lavender, pine, rose, orange etc; crystals; gemstones for each chakra; four coloured squares (fabric or paper) red, blue, yellow and pink;

The purple lotus flower is a symbol of spiritual freedom and Divine Grace.
To Buddhists, its purple color signifies Divine power, love, action and compassion. The lotus also means purity and sincerity, joy and peace. It will bring good fortune and abundance for family and friends. When placed in a southwest corner, it will bring romance and love. Its crystal form intensifies the pure divine energy and magnifies its power.
When you receive a purple crystal lotus, you will be guided to place it where you need power and clarity.
THE TWIN HEARTS: Crown Chakra – Heart Chakra
What is Meditation on Twin Hearts?
Meditation on Twin hearts is based on the principle that some of the major energy centers or chakras are entry points or gateways to certain levels or horizons of consciousness. The Twin Hearts pertain to the heart and crown energy centers. The heart chakra is an energy center in front of a person’s chest. It is the energy counterpart to the physical heart. The heart chakra is the center for compassion, joy, affection, consideration, mercy, and other higher refined emotions.
It is recommended that you perform this meditation at least once a day, preferably in the mornings before you begin your walk on this physical plane. Make certain that you sit comfortably in a quiet space with your spine straight. Do not lie down for these meditations. You may sit on a cushion, a chair, or the floor. Keep your eyes closed throughout the meditation as this shuts down one of our most influential senses – our vision of this physical world.
This is the 12:12 meditation.
Will probably take 15-30 minutes to complete the meditation. You can get together as groups, or do it on your own. Our hope and intent is to have a wave of this meditation love moving around the planet in continuos waves over a 24 hour period.
The suggested time to begin is at 12 minutes past 12 midnight and again at 12 minutes past 12 noon, you time zone. I know it is not possible for everyone to do this.
Here is a simple meditation process for you to strengthen and balance your chakras:
1. Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor (or sit in your usual meditation position,) your back upright, and your hands turned upward on your lap.
2. Begin a gentle three-part breathing technique.
First breathe into your belly, completely relaxing
your belly and allowing it to expand. Then breathe
into your abdomen, allowing it to expand. Then breathe
into the top of your lungs, allowing full expansion.
Pause for a count of three while your lungs are full
of air.
