2016: Don’t Ignore These Energy Shift Symptoms! Here’s Why…

As we are heading into the Age of Aquarius, new energies are encompassing our bodies and are reflected in various physiological symptoms. Within this transition of the ages, many people will begin to feel many of these energy shift symptoms on a regular basis as our bodies are adjusting and upgrading to the higher frequencies.

HEADACHES: When the crown chakra opens or expands it can be an intense and painful experience. It might feel like a spike or rod is being inserted. Headaches are common and they can range from migraines, to cluster headaches.

A collection of essential oils to smell, such as lavender, pine, rose, orange etc; crystals; gemstones for each chakra; four coloured squares (fabric or paper) red, blue, yellow and pink;

1. Using your breath to meditate!

Meditating and breathing are spiritual disciplines that help you to balance your energy fields and to ground. Learn how to meditate using your breath as a focus. Sit on a chair, feet to ground, spine erect, hands clasped and eyes closed. Take five deep breaths and begin to focus on the rhythm of your breathing. Say “In” as you inhale and “Out” as you exhale. If you become distracted, don’t beat yourself up. Just return to your focus as soon as possible. THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MEDITATE.

2000: How to Release

One of the lessons of the Shift is that we are to willingly release those things which no longer serve us and move forward on our path. Like most aspects of our lessons, it sounds easier than it is. Releasing is not simply letting go of a situation, it is also letting go of every attachment that we have to it, including our emotions, thoughts and feelings. Now the situation gets more complicated, especially if what we are releasing is particularly difficult or painful.

2013: Being in the “Now” Moment

The journey on the path of life is not always an easy one. However, it can bring you much joy if you know how to navigate it effectively. 
Whenever you are feeling deep despair, or feeling as though your job assisting others is too large a task to accomplish, just remember to focus on the Now moment. When you are in that Now moment, it does not matter what is going on outside your window, or even what is happening tomorrow; all that matters is how you act and react in the Now.
