2000: Meditation on Twin Hearts

THE TWIN HEARTS: Crown Chakra – Heart Chakra

What is Meditation on Twin Hearts?

Meditation on Twin hearts is based on the principle that some of the major energy centers or chakras are entry points or gateways to certain levels or horizons of consciousness. The Twin Hearts pertain to the heart and crown energy centers. The heart chakra is an energy center in front of a person’s chest. It is the energy counterpart to the physical heart. The heart chakra is the center for compassion, joy, affection, consideration, mercy, and other higher refined emotions.

Chapter One:
A WIDER VISION
We are living in times of increasing doubt and uncertainty.

There is a widespread feeling that the old order of society is breaking down, that the forward development of our civilization has come to a dead-end.

2000: The Corkscrew Meditation to Widen the Central Channel

The building of the central canal all the way to the Earth Star is very important. If the central canal is not built in a uniform manner from the Earth and feet to the crown, then energy can become dispersed and congested. This can cause physical health problems, especially in the area of the torso.

Move slowly in the beginning. Once the central canal is built and your four bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) are more purified and refined, you can move faster.

Our resistance to the negativity causes the negativity

to perpetuate in our body, mind & world. ~Jafree

The following meditation is an ancient technique that will change the energy of ANY negative source you are dealing with these days. The Heart is an amazing organ, both structurally & energetically. It’s always pumping IN oxygen deprived cells, and pumping OUT oxygen rich cells. Its whole job is to take in “negative” lifeless energy & send out “positive” life-giving energy.

2012: Crown & Root Chakra Meditation

Here is a simple meditation process for you to strengthen and balance your chakras:

1. Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor (or sit in your usual meditation position,) your back upright, and your hands turned upward on your lap.

2. Begin a gentle three-part breathing technique.
First breathe into your belly, completely relaxing
your belly and allowing it to expand. Then breathe
into your abdomen, allowing it to expand. Then breathe
into the top of your lungs, allowing full expansion.
Pause for a count of three while your lungs are full
of air.

2000: Balancing, Grounding and Integrating

1. Using your breath to meditate!

Meditating and breathing are spiritual disciplines that help you to balance your energy fields and to ground. Learn how to meditate using your breath as a focus. Sit on a chair, feet to ground, spine erect, hands clasped and eyes closed. Take five deep breaths and begin to focus on the rhythm of your breathing. Say “In” as you inhale and “Out” as you exhale. If you become distracted, don’t beat yourself up. Just return to your focus as soon as possible. THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MEDITATE.

2013: Accidental Meditation: You’re Already Doing it

Most people think they are bad at meditating.

Can’t sit still and turn your thoughts off for at least 20 minutes?

You’re not bad at meditating, you’re just a human with a brain.

Actually, most of us already meditate—we just do it accidentally. You know that feeling when you are taking a shower, and the warm water pours over your body, and you forget what you were rushing to get ready for? Time disappears for a moment, and when you step out of the shower you snap out of it.
