1/22/2001 – Moon of Many Fires – Year of Manifestation

One of healing’s greatest gifts is discovering we can make decisions that represent us, our inner selves, and those decisions please us.  We all are familiar with the tiny tug of shame that locates itself in our solar plexus.  when we “go along,” when we “give in” on a personally important issue, we pay a consequence.  We lose a bit of ourselves.

Over the years we’ve lost many bits.  We have a choice, however.

One of the lessons of the Shift is that we are to willingly release those things which no longer serve us and move forward on our path. Like most aspects of our lessons, it sounds easier than it is. Releasing is not simply letting go of a situation, it is also letting go of every attachment that we have to it, including our emotions, thoughts and feelings. The journey on the path of life is not always an easy one. However, it can bring you much joy if you know how to navigate it effectively. 
Whenever you are feeling deep despair, or feeling as though your job assisting others is too large a task to accomplish, just remember to focus on the Now moment. When you are in that Now moment, it does not matter what is going on outside your window, or even what is happening tomorrow; all that matters is how you act and react in the Now.

2000: Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening

1 Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown.
