Thought.isTo even get to a point of dating someone selfless is a task in itself. They’ll push you away. They’ll convince themselves you’re better off without them. They’ll do everything in the world to make you happy without addressing the simple fact, what makes you happy could very well be them if given the chance.
Someone who is selfless in love, loves in such a way it’s almost a flaw.
Because they give everyone what they need, forgetting to give anything or keep much for themselves. They’ll be the first there if you need them.

Although kindness is encouraged by every major religion and is recognized as a value in many cultures, sometimes it’s reeeally hard to be kind. We all know it. In fact, at some points in our life, it feels easier to be unkind – especially when we’re not in a great place and we feel like the world is working against us. If our self-esteem is a bit shaky, or if we want to be perceived as strong by others, then sometimes we act unkindly towards people.

I’ve been thinking about the messages that we give each other and ourselves. Sometimes these really hit the mark, and they help a lot. Often the help comes not from a big long article, but just a few words. So I wondered what few words would help us ‘in this time’. Peaceful, wholly contained moments: sometimes they come to us while in nature, sometimes when family is in ‘sync’, sometimes within an embrace. It’s as if a blessing descends, we’re in our body, and the body knows that everything is perfect: we feel uplifted and at home in an expanded, balanced center. “I am here, my heart is happy, this is real, love is here, and it’s eternal.”
As you might guess, we’re starting out with the ‘perfect moment’ because I recently enjoyed one.

Many believe that conscious awareness originates in the brain alone. Recent scientific research suggests that consciousness actually emerges from the brain and body acting together.
As children we are all taught the importance of gratitude and are encouraged to regularly express that gratitude through acknowledging phrases, warm acts of courtesy or through silent credit given to a power above. In certain instances, expressing gratitude comes with ease, particularly when we find ourselves as the recipient of good fortune or a kind deed.
Communication!
Don’t fear those difficult conversations that you’ve been putting off or building up in your head. Communication is key to success in all relationships. From romantic relationships to professional relationships, it is important that individuals learn to and are able to effectively communicate with each other.
Communication is particularly important during times of conflict and stress. It will prevent or even eliminate misunderstandings which can lead to unnecessary arguments. These are the times when our personal feelings and beliefs come into play and what we say is often reflected in our feelings, insecurities and limiting beliefs.
There’s no doubt about it, at times, we sure can be our own worst enemies in life . There are many cycles we engage in, most often without even being conscious of the cycles.
