The building of the central canal all the way to the Earth Star is very important. If the central canal is not built in a uniform manner from the Earth and feet to the crown, then energy can become dispersed and congested. This can cause physical health problems, especially in the area of the torso.
Move slowly in the beginning. Once the central canal is built and your four bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) are more purified and refined, you can move faster.

The first generation of humanity now returned and established on the New Earth are privileged indeed. Not only are they the pioneers of a New World; they hold in their own memories their unforgettable experiences on the great mother ships.
Dolphin speaks to us of the breath of life, the only thing that humans cannot go without for more than a few minutes. We can live without water and food for days, but oxygen is the source of our sustenance. Within the breath we encounter the rhythm of energy that all life emits. In changing the rate or rhythmic texture of our breath, we can tap into any other life-form or creature.

Ascension simply means ‘going up’. Ascending rather than descending.
What is going up? Earth’s vibration or frequency. Think of Earth as part of a big cycle that has moved down to its’ lowest point and then starts to go back up again. As the vibration has gone down, things have got denser and denser, slower and slower. The bandwidth of frequency, or dimension Earth sits in is determined by how dense and slow she is. Earth has hit the bottom in the third dimension and cannot exist any lower.
