Sometimes being a meditation mentor really sucks. Everyone expects you to be all “Zen” all the time.
When bad things happen, how can we use the Law of Attraction to help? Say, for example, you see some horrific news, maybe on television or perhaps on your social media. Is it wise to broadcast this news to other people? When we care about a problem in society, isn’t spreading awareness to others the responsible thing to do?
The short, and at times unpopular, answer is “no.”
We have been wired to believe that caring people spread awareness about problems and bad news.
It’s natural for people to get upset in response to something happening and as a result completely merging with that emotion. When you do such a thing, you straight away put your body in a low vibration and thus become a match to negative events. Let me tell you some simple ways that I’ve found to be effective in avoiding this, to help you gain full control of your emotions and ultimately your life.
It’s such a freedom to not be affected by low moods, and it’s entirely possible to do so.
