The teachings of many of history’s religious and philosophical figures are timeless, but are often mistakenly taken at face value.
In the strict sense of the word spiritual life begins when a living entity fully identifies oneself as a soul, being completely absorbed in a spiritual atmosphere, and not for a moment forgetting about it and constantly acting in this mindset.
Another words it begins with the Bhava stage, which means an ecstatic love of God. And this is the moment of the genuine spiritual life.
Although kindness is encouraged by every major religion and is recognized as a value in many cultures, sometimes it’s reeeally hard to be kind. We all know it. In fact, at some points in our life, it feels easier to be unkind – especially when we’re not in a great place and we feel like the world is working against us. If our self-esteem is a bit shaky, or if we want to be perceived as strong by others, then sometimes we act unkindly towards people.
But – underneath – we are all vulnerable.
I’ve found that the awakening process is very similar to the grieving process, in that we move through several stages on the way to acceptance and enlightenment.

I don’t get when people take down hope, on the account of being ‘Awakened’.
I get it if ‘Awaken’ isn’t tied in or trying to be tied in with spirituality and that might cut it for some.
A mind deducting all the nasty moves of the matrix, without having a spiritual perspective, which would basically just mean that the mind is in it, the heart isn’t.
A spiritual perspective without distortion is to accept that spirituality is an individual affair, which often takes place in hallways of fellow peers, witch we eventually have to leave in order

Meditation. If you are thinking of yourself or someone you know sitting on the floor with their legs crossed and their eyes closed right now, then you are like the majority of the western world who sees this picture when they think of meditation.
What Is Meditation?
While it is possible to be in a meditative state in this position – this is not necessarily ‘meditation.’ This is because true meditation is a state – a state of mind, body and spirit where you are calm, focused, aware, and connected with your true essence.
There appears to be much conflict, suffering and violence occurring in the world at the moment.
