Avocados as a Super Food: “It Would Be Hard to Eat Too Much”

An Avocado a Day Keeps the Doctor Away by Dr. Mercola Sometimes people have more than one serious health complication. If those problems happen to be three or more of the most prevalent risk factors for heart disease and diabetes, such as high blood pressure, high triglycerides and a large waistline, they merge into a single disorder known as metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome represents one very serious illness, affecting 40 percent of the U.S. population over age 40. Scientists from the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), conducting a review of 129 scientific studies on the topic of avocados and metabolic syndrome, now call this malady “the new silent killer.” [1] Dr. Charles H. Hennekens says: “The major factor accelerating […] Read More

Move Over Cotton, Say Hello to Hemp – The ‘Forbidden’ Crop That is Taking the World by Storm!

This article by Paul Fassa was originally published by RealFarmacy.com.  Allowing and encouraging domestic hemp cultivation would be a boon for small farmers, especially organic farmers. I’m talking only about industrial hemp, not medical cannabis/marijuana, which continues to prove its merits and gain acceptance Industrial hemp’s use should be a no-brainer. But it’s a complex boondoggle of legal and bureaucratic nonsense even without THC, the molecule that leads to “Reefer Madness”. Industrial hemp commercial cultivation is legal in Canada. But the USA hemp industry was pushed to the side by government connected industry insiders whose monopolies were threatened when it appeared hemp may boom and compete for the very products of their monopolist concerns. Circa 1937, the hemp industry had been given a mechanical invention gift […] Read More

Why is Trump interested in vaccine safety? BECAUSE IT IS A PROBLEM.

“If the people cannot trust their government……. WHY IS IT HARD TO TRUST? CORRUPTION, COVER-UP, FRAUD, MANIPULATION, OMISSION, INADEQUATE TESTING, LACK OF ACCOUNTIBILITY AND LIABILITY, CONFLICT OF INTEREST. “If the people cannot trust their government to do the job for which it exists—to protect them and to promote their common welfare—all else is lost.”— Barack Obama National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 protects vaccine manufacturers from liability. Consumers cannot sue them. In 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court decided in 2011 to grant drug companies immunity from liability even if their products were knowingly contaminated, stating that vaccines are an “unavoidably unsafe” product. There are over 30,000 vaccine adverse reactions reported annually on VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) in the U.S. Over $3 billion […] Read More

Doctors Who Discovered Cancer Enzymes In Vaccines All Found Murdered

These doctors all shared the same trait; they discovered that the Nagalase enzyme protein was being added into vaccines administered to humans. VIA| So apparently the holistic doctors who were all being killed in Florida had found out via their research that the nagalase enzyme protein is INTENTIONALLY being added to the population via immunizations. Nagalase STOPS vitamin D from binding to the Gc protein. This completely strips a human being’s body of it’s natural ability to kill cancer cells. Nagalase is a protein that’s also created by all cancer cells. This protein is also found in very high concentrations in autistic children. Mayo discovers high-intensity aerobic training can reverse aging processes in adults

ROCHESTER, Minn. — Everyone knows that exercise is good for you, but what type of training helps most, especially when you’re older — say over 65? A Mayo Clinic study says it’s high-intensity aerobic exercise, which can reverse some cellular aspects of aging. The findings appear in Cell Metabolism. Mayo researchers compared high-intensity interval training, resistance training and combined training. All training types improved lean body mass and insulin sensitivity, but only high-intensity and combined training improved aerobic capacity and mitochondrial function for skeletal muscle. Decline in mitochondrial content and function are common in older adults. High-intensity intervals also improved muscle protein content that not only enhanced energetic functions, but also caused muscle enlargement, especially in older adults. The researchers emphasized an important finding: Exercise […] Read More
