Instructions
- Use the above oils to make your own massage oil, and use them in hot baths, breathing them in through the steam.
- You can also practice taking deep breaths, like sighs, and holding them for a few seconds before releasing.
- As you breathe in, raise your arms above your head and lower them as you breathe out-this will exercise the muscles.
- Increasing the circulatory flow will help you too, and keeping your feet warm will improve things.
