Ingredients Ingredients: 1/4 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped 1/4 cup dried chamomile flowers 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon fennel seed lemon juice, honey (optional) red cayenne pepper or other hot pepper Instructions In a glass or ceramic pan add all the ingredients.
