Allsopp’s book “FOLKLORE OF ROMANTIC ARKANSAS”, contains the following interesting legend., on pp. 156-158:    “The famous Diamond cave, one of the wonders of Arkansas, is located in the Boston mountains, three miles southwest of Jasper, Newton County.
