Transportation Type: primarily travel using their submarines that are often dubbed Unidentified Submerged Object. Also called Nosyv-7, they are very mysterious.

Summary/Description: This race is mostly seen around the Oregon area and the American North-West. They have seen to be interested in our oceans and are known to have USO’S. In the 1980′s and the 1990′s, they had close calls (crashes) with US-Navy ships. They are peaceful and mostly nocturnal. The last sighting was in 2000 near San Francisco
