by Richard Neville Global Research, April 30, 2008 richardneville.com – 2008-04-14 PINE GAP MIND GAP: A TERROR CELL THAT NEVER SLEEPS Once considered a wasteland, the vast red desert in Central Australia is a global hub of spiritual tourism. Each day hordes of pilgrims arrive at Alice Springs, equip themselves with 4-wheel drives, swags, maps and emergency rations, then set off to seek renewal. On tracks to remote gorges, sometimes dotted with the detritus of failed cattle stations, tourists in hats with fly-nets file towards the sacred hot spots. During a trek on the rim of Kings Canyon in Watarrka National Park, our path descended beside a string of pools shaded by ancient Cycad palms to an astonishing oasis known as the Garden of […] Read More

By Steve Douglass (C) 2004 This article originally appeared in Popular Communications Magazine in August 2004. (C) 2004 Steve Douglass. Reproduction here with friendly permission by the author. If the winds were kind and the technical problems were ironed-out, by the time you read this you may have already heard about the strange “flying V-shaped” UFO that has been seen by citizens over far west Texas and southeastern New Mexico. Although the event hasn’t happened as of this writing, it is likely this huge flying object will be seen at sunset and is flying so high it probably glows brightly for maybe more than an hour after dusk and will undoubtedly prompt uninformed citizens to call local authorities and report an unidentified flying object […] Read More
http://theintelhub.com/2011/12/27/vorticular-madness-of-the-dark-magicians/ Richard Sauder December 26, 2011 In my recent book, Hidden in Plain Sight: Beyond the X-Files, I reproduce in full and discuss a couple of Project Paperclip memoranda (circa 1947) that I discovered in the historical archives of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, in Washington, DC. Of course, the Top Secret Project Paperclip operation brought large numbers of “ex”-NAZI scientists, engineers and technicians to the USA in the years after WW II, where they were salted into a wide variety of military, civil government and espionage agencies, corporations and other organizations. The Project Paperclip memos caught my attention for a number of reasons. First of all, because they were requesting such prominent names as W.O. Schumann, Walter Dornberger and Eugen Saenger to be […] Read More
WW II Document Research By Andy Roberts (Originally published in UFO BRIGANTIA No 66, JULY 1990) Every student of the history of UFOs knows of the phenomenon seen during WWII and known as foo-fighters, kraut fireballs, or a variety of other names. Basically they were balls of light which followed and hovered around `planes of all nationalities both in daylight and after dark. Research into this subject has been undertaken by myself on behalf of the Fund for UFO Research. Foo-fighter research shows the genesis of the modern UFO age and during my research, I came across the old chestnut of the dreaded government “cover-ups”. For many ufologists, WWII is the time when the cover-up really began and there are intimations in many writers’ […] Read More

Scott Littleton, Emeritus Professor of Anthropology from Occidental College, will present a remarkable eyewitness account of a mysterious flying object that “attacked” the L.A. Basin in the early 1940s. In the early morning hours of February 25, 1942, a mysterious object cruised the skies of Southern California from the Santa Monica Mountains to Orange County. Scott Littleton, who was eight years old at the time, witnessed the event and will describe for us how he and his mother stood in front of their Hermosa Beach home watching the glowing object, surrounded by searchlight beams and a profusion of exploding anti-aircraft shells, as it passed almost directly overhead. The object glided slowly and silently along the edge of the ocean at about 8,000 feet, traveling […] Read More
After the Cold War ended, the culture of secrecy and the operational style of the CIA began to change. Its director appeared on a radio talk show, and it became possible for citizens to pressure the CIA in ways unheard of during that earlier era. Ufology has been a beneficiary of these changes. In late 1993, inquiries from several UFO researchers led CIA Director R. James Woolsey to order a review of all CIA files on UFOs. This agency-wide search occurred in 1994 and centralized the CIA’s UFO files. Taking advantage of this opportunity, government historian Gerald K. Haines reviewed the documents, conducted interviews, and wrote a study examining the CIA’s interest and involvement in UFO investigation and government UFO policy from 1947 until […] Read More
Hugh F. Cochrane While most UFOs are known to be light emitting or light-absorbing objects seen moving about the sky no satisfactory explanation has ever emerged to explain them. They have been labeled hoaxes, imagination and misinterpretation which in some cases has been proven true. But there are those that defy any rational explanation and after fifty years of diligent investigation, the enigma remains unresolved. Those in the UFO community blame government cover-ups for this lack of progress and include the media for following the government line. But the public has long ago lost interest in reports of fleeting UFO events which rarely last long enough to be properly investigated. When investigators do arrive and are equipped to gather samples of affected materials for […] Read More

The Robertson Panel The Robertson Panel was a committee commissioned by the Central Intelligence Agency in 1952 in response to widespread Unidentified Flying Object reports, especially in the Washington DC area. The panel was briefed on U.S. military activities and intelligence, hence the report was originally classified Secret. Later declassified, the Robertson Panel’s report concluded that most UFO reports could be explained as misidentification of mundane aerial objects, and the remaining minority could, in all likelihood, be similarly explained with further study. The Robertson Panel concluded that a public relations campaign should be undertaken in order to “debunk” UFOs, and reduce public interest in the subject and that civil UFO groups should be monitored. There is evidence this was carried out more than two […] Read More
William Shatner explores the theory that the U.S. government is involved in a cover-up of visiting alien spacecraft. Based on a book by Erich von Daniken, this documentary contains evidence of extraterrestrial life here on earth. Proof discovered through photographs taken by scientists and evidence of actual voyages found by archaeologists. Everything from the Peruvian Crystal Skull to the megalith structures in the jungles of Southeast Asia is accepted as evidence for the AAS theory. Cave drawings, old legends, Biblical stories and even some psychic visions of late Jeane Dixon are understood as stone-cold facts. Eric von Däniken‘s reputation was still quite unspoiled at the time so all the arguments (even the most far-fetched) are shown with great confidence.
The double hat UFO is so called because of it’s resemblance to two hats placed rim to rim, or perhaps two pie dishes placed lip to lip. Dimensions for this craft vary in size from 1 to 30 meters. In daylight these are a brightly polished silver colour to a dull aluminum appearance. Flat- bottomed saucers are often darker underneath. At night they are solidly lighted in red, orange, amber, yellow, blue or blue-violet, and brilliant white, singly or in combinations. The nighttime halo tends of obscure the vehicle, making the edges indistinct. Often on the double hat, or pie pan saucer, a rim of light may be wrapped around the middle. When witnessed these objects seem at times to vibrate heavily. If the […] Read More
