Project Aries

The Aries Project is a subproject of Pres. Reagan’s SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative), also known as the Star Wars Program. It consists of building an electromagnetic pulse generator (or Van de Graaf generator) as a weapon. Officially the weapon is designed as a protection against incoming missiles. In reality, it is supposed to be a weapon against “IAV’s” (identified aerial vehicles), or “IAC’s” (identified alien craft). M.W. Cooper mentions a similar project, but calls it the “Joshua project.” Yet another source calls it the  Zeus Project. “Project ARIES, the Advanced Research Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Simulator Site“, where a two-blocks long device was built for the Defense Nuclear Agency by Edgerton. Project HAARP

HAARP is an acronym that stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Its official purpose is to study the ionosphere and its main installations are in Alaska, though other facilities are involved, too. Most researchers agree that the official program is just a cover for a wide range of other experiments. Experts point out that the technology that is being used in the HAARP project can also be used as a weather manipulation device, or as a ground-based “star wars” weapon (SDI), based on Nikola Tesla’s Death Ray. The technology is also well suited for mind control experiments – more specifically, the production of intracranial audio phenomena (i.e. hearing voices inside one’s head) – as well as for the manipulation of space and time. As outlandish […] Read More

1959: Project Sigma

Project Sigma is the name of the project that deals with contact and communication with alien civilizations. It is believed that it started under Pres. Eisenhower. Bill Cooper claimed SIGMA is the project which first established communications with the aliens and is still responsible for communications. This first official contact would have been made in 1953. Like in the movie “independence day,” huge ships were detected in orbit, and contact was made. This would lead to Plato Project and project Serpo (the exchange of ambassadors). The mission of PROJECT SIGMA was to establish communication with the aliens. The first communication was established in 1959 through binary computer language. On April 25, 1964, a USAF (OSI) officer met with aliens at a prearranged desert location […] Read More

1949: Project Bando

Project Bando was established in 1949 and has to do with studying the alien bodies and survivors that were found at sites where UFOs had crashed. More specifically, it dealt with collecting and evaluating the biological information obtained from alien beings, either survivors or the bodies. It was said that they were examined to determine evolutionary information for medical researchers. Material published on the Serpo site in August 2006 claims that a new such project exists and is called Nomad Project

1960: Jason Society

President Eisenhower commissioned a secret society known as THE JASON SOCIETY (JASON SCHOLARS) to sift through all the facts, evidence, technology, lies and deception and find the truth of the alien question. Initially, the society was made up of 32 of the most prominent men in the country in 1952 and the top 12 members were designated MJ-12 Later on, the terms “Jason Society” and “Jason Scholars” were used to refer to all the people out of the academic and scientific world that work together with or for MJ-12. Typically they work on project Majority and are members of Majestic / Maji. The Jason Scholars also were the ones that were responsible for the recommendations, known as Alternative 1, Alternative 2 and Alternative 3, […] Read More

Project Sign

Project Sign, just like project Grudge, is an earlier version of  Project Project Blue Book. Project Sign was the first project to officially investigate UFOs.under MAJESTIC TWELVE It was short-lived: it was started in 1948 and already by the end of 1948 it was succeeded by Project Grudge. The main reason for this is that by fall 1948 the project Sign team had come to the conclusion that UFOs were most likely extraterrestrial ships. They had written this in the so-called “Estimate of the Situation.” When this paper reached the Pentagon, the staff of Project Sign was told that their conclusions were unacceptable and that all copies of the Estimate had to be destroyed. The project was broken up and replaced by Project Grudge. […] Read More

1949: Project Grudge

Declassified on July 23, 1997, Project Grudge was originally released in August of 1949 as a SECRET Technical Report (NO 102-AC 49/15-100) by the headquarters of the Air Materiel Command, Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton Ohio. Approved by Lt. Col. Hemstreet and Col. Watson, it is 406 pages long and covers a large number of UFO sightings along with investigation analysis, conclusions, and supplementary reports. Overall, it is just the basic background work on pedestrian UFO sightings by many credible military witnesses. No discussion of crashes, alien bodies, or the other TOP SECRET material found in more classified reports — just the way you would expect it. The following extract (classified SECRET) is taken from the SUMMARY to the U.S. Air Force’s PROJECT GRUDGE TECHNICAL […] Read More

1992: Abductees

At the 1992 MIT Conference on abductions, Mark Rodeghier proposed the following definition of abductees: To qualify as an abductee, a person must be taken against his or her will, from terrestrial surroundings, by non-human beings. These beings must take a person to an enclosed place, non-terrestrial in appearance, that is assumed or known to be a spacecraft by the witness. In this place, the person must either be subjected to a physical examination, engaged in communication, verbal or telepathic, or both. These experiences may be remembered consciously or through methods of focused concentration, such as hypnosis. Source: C.D.B. Bryan, Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind.

1997: UFO Roundup: Volume 2 Number 13: March 30, 1997

39 UFO SECT MEMBERS FOUND DEAD IN SAN DIEGO Thirty-nine members of a UFO sect called Heaven’s Gate were found dead Wednesday at their rented mansion, Rancho Santa Fe, in San Diego County, California. The group had rented the home last October and were led by Marshall Herff Applewhite, 66, aka Father John, aka Do (pronounced Doe), formerly “Bo” of “Bo and Peep,” aka “the Two,” itinerant UFO apostles who first became prominent in the 1970s. (See Newsweek magazine for October 20, 1975.) Applewhite’s consort, Bonnie Lu Truesdale Nettles, aka “Peep,” died of liver cancer in 1985. The victims ranged in age from 26 to 72. All but four have been identified. Among the victims were Thomas Nichols, brother of actress Nichelle Nichols, who […] Read More
