By Eve Lorgen, M.A. © 2000 Mind control is a vast subject matter involving many levels of sophisticated technologies designed to control human thought, emotion and behavior. Much information is already known about the application of what is sometimes referred as “non-lethal weapons technology.” My aim with this article and future ones will focus on the identification and recovery of both human and alien methods of mind control.* Proper identification and diagnostic assessment of these problems are necessary so that true support and therapy can be obtained for those seeking answers and help.* This will include mind control used in MILAB (Military) abductions. MILABS is a term used to describe abductions by human military personnel, reported by persons who also had the classic “alien […] Read More

By James Bartley © 2004 I have had the opportunity to observe at fairly close quarters how the media and the mainstream UFO research community has treated the subject of Alien Abductions. The media has by and large dismissed the subject out of hand as being frivolous and unworthy of serious study. This is due in large part to the CIA’s infiltration and ownership of numerous media outlets. There are countless journalists who are paid “Assets” of the CIA and other Intelligence agencies. Nowadays many “Educational” programs on cable television are used to discredit the testimony of alien abductees and to debunk sightings of UFOs and non-human beings. UFO Witnesses and Alien Abductees are dismissed as “UFO Believers” in the mainstream print and electronic […] Read More
THE AMERICAN BASE IN ANTARCTICA. The secret American Antarctic Base is an integral part of America’s network and linked via satellite to Pine Gap and other bases in Australia, Christchurch in New Zealand, Punta Arenas in Southern Chile and the long standing C.I.A./NSA base in Cape Town, South Africa according the the Fortress Australia writer. Large trenches were mined in which buildings were placed in neat rows, then covered with now deep ice and snow, due to the natural ice build up. Due to the large airspaces in the trenches, now tunnels, the ambient temperature of the air was raised to above freezing level without effecting the surrounding ice. This combined with the individual heated buildings make it a comfortable place to live. The main […] Read More
By: Colin A. Ross, M.D. (This is the book Dr. Ross is currently working on. The expected publication date is mid-1997). BLUEBIRD is the cryptonym for a CIA mind control program that ran from 1951 to 1953. Other mind control programs include ARTICHOKE, MKULTRA, and MKSEARCH. The purpose of the book BLUEBIRD is to prove that the military and the CIA have been creating Manchurian Candidates for operational use since the second world war. This fact is described repeatedly by G.H. Estabrooks and in CIA documents on BLUEBIRD and ARTICHOKE obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. By research at the medical school library, ordering out-of-print books, and requests filed through the Freedom of Information Act, I have built up compelling documentation of the fact that the […] Read More

Kaye, t r u t h o u t | Investigative Report Bobby is seven years old, but this is not the first time he has been subjected to electroshock. It’s his third time. Placed on the examining table, he is held down by two male attendants while the physician places a solution on his temples. Bobby struggles with the two men holding him down, but his efforts are useless. He cries out and tries to pull away. One of the attendants tries to force a thick wedge of rubber into his mouth. He turns his head sharply away and […] Read More
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Purported declassified MKNAOMI & MK ULTRA documents MKNAOMI was the code name for a joint Department of Defense/CIA research program lasting from the 1950s through the 1970s. Unclassified information about the MKNAOMI program and the related Special Operations Division is scarce. It is generally reported to be a successor to the MK DELTA project and to have focused on biological projects including biological warfare agents—specifically, to store materials that could either incapacitate or kill a test subject and to develop devices for the diffusion of such materials. During the first twenty years of its establishment, the CIA engaged in various projects designed to increase U.S. biological and chemical warfare capabilities. Project MKNAOMI was initiated to provide the CIA with a covert support base to meet its top-secret operational requirements. […] Read More
MkDelta is CIA Mind control program that was approved in 1953 by CIA director Allen Dulles. The “Mk” in the name refers to Mind Kontrol. The “Delta” could be a reference to “Delta Force.” MKDELTA involved the use of biochemicals in clandestine operations, outside US territory. According to the Church Committee report (Book I, Chapter XVII): A special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was established to govern the use of MKULTRA materials abroad. Such materials were used on a number of occasions. Because MKULTRA records were destroyed, it is impossible to reconstruct the operational use of MKULTRA materials by the CIA overseas; it has been determined that the use of these materials abroad began in 1953, and possibly as early as 1950. Drugs were used primarily as an aid to interrogations, but MKULTRA/MKDELTA materials were also used for harassment, […] Read More
STARGATE was one of a number of “remote viewing programs” conducted under a variety of code names, including SUN STREAK, GRILL FRAME, and CENTER LANE by DIA and INSCOM, and SCANATE by CIA. These efforts were initiated to assess foreign programs in the field; contract for basic research into the phenomenon, and to evaluate controlled remote viewing as an intelligence tool. The program consisted of two separate activities. An operational unit employed remote viewers to train and perform remote viewing intelligence-gathering. The research program was maintained separately from the operational unit. This effort was initiated in response to CIA concerns about reported Soviets investigations of psychic phenomena. Between 1969 and 1971, US intelligence sources concluded that the Soviet Union was engaged in “psychotronic” research. […] Read More
The Pandora project is one of the CIA Mind control programs. In 1962, the CIA discovered that the US embassy in Moscow was “bombarded” with EMR (electromagnetic radiation). The signal was composed of several frequencies. The Pandora Project was intended to investigate and gather data on this Russian experiment. The embassy personnel was not informed of the existence of the beam, or of the pandora project. According to later testimonies of Russian scientists, the signal was intended to produce blurred vision and loss of mental concentration. Investigation on the effects on the embassy personnel, however, showed that they developed blood composition anomalies and unusual chromosome counts. Some people even developed a leukemia-like blood disease.
Project Chapter, was the name of the first known post-war Mind Control program in the USA. It was started in 1947 by the DIA/Navy Intelligence. Note that some sources refer to this project as the Chatter Project (as in ‘mind chatter.’) Project Chatter – US Navy LSD Experiments on Mental Patients In 1977, the Select Committee on Intelligence and the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research held hearings before the Senate on the CIA’s MKUltra program. The information that came to light regarding MKUltra, and the biological and chemical testing on unwitting subjects, both foreign and domestic, by both the CIA and the Army surprised and horrified members of the Senate. The fact that such a testing program could be conducted without appropriate oversight […] Read More
Apart from being the name of a vegetable, Artichoke or the Artichoke Project also is the name of a former CIA Mind Control Program. The name was only used for two years. Till 1951, it was called Project Bluebird. In 1953 it was succeeded by Project MkUltra Project ARTICHOKE (also referred to as Operation ARTICHOKE) was a CIA project that researched interrogation methods and arose from Project BLUEBIRD on August 20, 1951, run by the CIA’s Office of Scientific Intelligence. [1] A memorandum by Richard Helms to CIA director Allen Welsh Dulles indicated Artichoke became Project MKULTRA on April 13, 1953. [2][not in citation given] The project studied hypnosis, forced morphine addiction (and subsequent forced withdrawal), and the use of other chemicals, among other […] Read More
