Established in 1954.  The mission of RED LIGHT is to test fly a recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Groom Lake, Nevada. The initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were killed. PROJECT REDLIGHT was terminated in 1962 – 63 after a recovered craft exploded during test flights. There were no survivors among the human test pilots. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us. Afterwards it was resumed with a different name (?Snowbird Project?)

1972: Project Snowbird

Snowbird is the project that has to do with test flights with alien crafts. (Stealth, Aurora). As such it is a sub-project of Aquarius (Gleem Project) / Moondust Project According to M.W. Cooper, Snowbird is not the actual project to test fly alien crafts but was established, instead, as a cover for Redlight Project. Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been the SNOWBIRD craft. Established in 1972.  The mission of PROJECT SNOWBIRD was to test fly a recovered alien craft.  The project was ongoing the last time I saw this information.

According to MW Cooper, PLATO is the name of the project responsible for diplomatic relations with the aliens. It is related to Sigma Project, which is the central project that is in charge of communications with the aliens. Project Plato was created in 1953 when through Sigma Project contact was first made with alien spacecraft orbiting the planet. More specifically, it dealt with collecting and evaluating the biological information obtained from alien beings, either survivors or the bodies. It was said that they were examined to determine evolutionary information for medical researchers. Material published on the Serpo site in August 2006 claims that a new such project exists and is called Nomad Project

Declassified on July 23, 1997, Project Grudge was originally released in August of 1949 as a SECRET Technical Report (NO 102-AC 49/15-100) by the headquarters of the Air Materiel Command, Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton Ohio. Approved by Lt. Col. Hemstreet and Col. Watson, it is 406 pages long and covers a large number of UFO sightings along with investigation analysis, conclusions, and supplementary reports. Overall, it is just the basic background work on pedestrian UFO sightings by many credible military witnesses.
