1964: Yellow Book

On the Serpo site, the “Yellow Book” or “Bible” is described as “the alien’s history of our universe written by the aliens themselves as well as their interactions and involvement with Earth’s development/evolution. It was brought to Earth and presented to the U.S. government at the famous Holloman AFB landing in April 1964 by female Ebe #2 which was also translated by her.” According to Richard Boylan, “the Yellow Book is reported to actually be a sort of holographic compact disk, which can project images of the information it contains. 1959: Project Sigma

Project Sigma is the name of the project that deals with contact and communication with alien civilizations. It is believed that it started under Pres. Eisenhower. Bill Cooper claimed SIGMA is the project which first established communications with the aliens and is still responsible for communications. This first official contact would have been made in 1953.
