Editor: Joseph Trainor Hi, folks! There’s plenty of UFO news this week, so let’s go to press. UFO CONFRONTS POLICE IN RENO At 5:45 p.m. on February 12, 1996, a black or dark gray spheroid UFO flew west out of the desert and passed over Sparks, Nevada. The UFO was described as about 60 feet in diameter with a bright white light in the bottom hemisphere. The beam from the light, however, was not bright enough to reach the ground. Crossing into the city of Reno, the UFO flew over Paradise Park and headed west along Oddie Boulevard until it reached the Livestock Events Center, just north of Interstate 80 and a mile or so north of downtown Reno and city hall. A Reno […] Read More

SPECIAL RELEASE: AQUARIUS IS UFO PROJECT, SAYS NSA PARANET ALPHA 04/01 No, this is not an April Fool joke. Nor, by the way, is it the full extent of the Big Breakthrough. But its a good start. Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS) is reporting that the NSA has CONFIRMED that the US Air Force project code-named Aquarius is UFO-oriented. In their latest CAUS BULLETIN, editors Barry Greenwood and Lawrence Fawcett state the following: One of our members, Clifford Stone, received copies of letters sent to Senators John Glenn and Peter Domenici affirming that this was so. Stone requested the assistance of the Senators when the NSA became balky at responding to his requests on Aquarius. This comes as a striking reversal to previous statements […] Read More
Dr. Jacques Vallee, a French-American computer specialist with a background in astrophysics, once served as a consultant to NASA’s Mars Map project. Jacques Vallee is one of ufology’s major figures – and also its most original thinker. Vallee, who holds a master’s degree in astrophysics and a Ph.D. in computer science from Northwestern University, was an early scientific proponent of the theory that UFOs are extraterrestrial spaceships. His first book, Anatomy of a Phenomenon (Henry Regnery, 1965), argued eloquently that “through UFO activity … the contours of an amazingly complex intelligent life beyond the earth can already be discerned.” In Challenge to Science – The UFO Enigma (Regnery, 1966) he and Janine Vallee (who is a psychologist by training, with a master’s degree from […] Read More
CHAPTER 1 Nineteen UFO Sightings Others and I witnessed the following sightings between 1979 to this current date of 2000. The sightings are not in exact order. And the information of dates and measurements are not accurate. 1) Coming home from Newport Beach, Calif. approaching the Newport freeway a thirty-foot long cigar shaped object passed over in front of me and other drivers. It looked to be corroded with lava material all over it. It traveled at ten mph. It disappeared behind some large trees to my left. When I passed the trees it was gone. Upon arriving at home I turned on the radio hoping that something would be said about it. No sooner I turned it on a disc jockey said that […] Read More
SCIENCE IN DEFAULT: 22 YEARS OF INADEQUATE UFO INVESTIGATIONS James E. McDonald, Institute of Atmospheric Physics University of Arizona, Tucson (Material presented at the Symposium on UFOs, 134th Meeting, AAAS, Boston, Dec, 27, 1969) Part 2 of 2 Parts 7. Discussion: The Bluebook report material indicates that other radar unknowns were being observed at Lakenheath until about 0330Z. Since the first radar unknowns appeared near Bentwaters at about 2130Z on 8/13/56, while the Lakenheath events terminated near 0330Z on 8/14/56, the total duration of this UFO episode was about six hours. The case includes an impressive number of scientifically provocative features: 1) At least three separate instances occurred in which one ground-radar unit, GCA Bentwaters, tracked some unidentified target for a number of […] Read More

52 Indicators of UFO encounters or abduction by aliens Many millions of people, it seems, have had encounters with alien beings. Many of those people do not realize that they are having these experiences because of suppressed memories. Their awareness is limited to an occasional paranormal incident that seems to confuse them more than anything else. Some people are not ready to know for sure, others feel a deep need to know if they are involved with the beings. If you are in the latter group, read on. This is a list of 52 common indicators shared by most UFO abductees. It is based on known research on the subject and on personal findings. It has been compiled to help you determine if you […] Read More
Project Moondust, also spelled Moon Dust, is the name of the framework program that includes all research projects and action plans with regard to foreign, including alien, space technology. The word “Moondust” had to be mentioned in each and every one of these projects. (SUPPORTED SPACE PROGRAM & UFO) The mission of Operation Moondust was to provide a cover which would neutralize public curiosity while recovery of an ALIEN CRAFT was being conducted. The teams that made up the complement of Moondust were the same teams that made up UFO. Moondust was made public and its mission (to the public) was to identify and recover United States space hardware which might fall to earth. s a bona fide mission when circumstances dictated. William C. Treurniet, July 2007 Summary. Analysis of the alien abduction story suggests that the sequence of events is comparable to some experiences of the shamanic spirit world as revealed by DMT, a hallucinogenic drug. In the trance state, some people see beings similar to those reported by abductees. Therefore, it is possible that abductees involuntarily manufacture excessive endogenous DMT, which then opens the door to the spirit world. Further, the physical evidence associated with some abductions suggests that happenings in the spirit world can manifest in the physical world. Finally, since the alien abductors appear in the DMT visions, they are inhabitants of the spirit world and likely are not directly responsible for the UFOs seen in the physical world. Background Many people […] Read More
by Dr. Greg Little In part 1 of this series, the Gulf Breeze UFO Hoax was summarized with the conclusions of this sordid affair being twofold. First, the flap at Gulf Breeze was started by a series of hoaxes that certainly fooled many of the then-current key figures in ufology. But it also seems likely that the subsequent intense interest by many people who wanted to become involved in investigating Gulf Breeze led to formal psychological studies performed by the military, probably the Office of Naval Research. Even the Gulf Breeze supporters claimed that military helicopters often suspended and dropped flares to “trick them” into reporting UFOs. The key point is that after the hoax was perpetrated and a huge public interest was created, […] Read More
Conspire.com PART 1 Jacques Vallee hesitated before agreeing to be interviewed about the subject for which he’s most famous: UFOs. It’s not that he’s reluctant to discuss the topic or tussle with the skeptics. After all, he’s written close to a dozen books on UFOs, several of them best-sellers, analyzing a notoriously ethereal subject as a hard-headed physical scientist, folklorist, and sociologist. He believes there is more than enough solid evidence to make a compelling case for the existence of UFOs, and he doesn’t shy away from honest debate. It’s the hard-core believers who give Vallee pause. Anyone who has observed the semi-academic cockpit known as “UFOlogy” knows that close encounters of the UFO expert kind shed little light and much heat, dogma and […] Read More
Steven Mizrach Summary: The purpose of this essay is not to demonstrate the validity of the “ancient astronauts” school of thought. As that branch of UFOlogy has several flaws and is dependent on the ETH, I am not inclined to back up its presuppositions. What I am trying to demonstrate is that there have been encounters between UFOs and UFO entities throughout history, long before 1947. Don Donderi, Ph.D Summary: The purpose of this essay is to explain how to clarify the evidence for or against the reality of UFO abductions. Many workers in this field have modified the conventional meaning of both the word “reality” and the word “abduction.” I do not accept these modifications. A UFO abduction, if it occurs, is a physical event. Don Donderi is an Associate Professor of Psychology at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. His basic research interests include human perception and memory, and his applied work is in the field of human factors and ergonomics. He is a principal of Human Factors North, Inc., a Toronto-based ergonomics consulting firm. Essay originally appeared in: International UFO Reporter, Spring 1996, Volume 21, Number 1 Copyright 1996 […] Read More
