1947: Project Pluto

According to M.W. Cooper, Pluto is a project to evaluate all UFO/IAC information pertaining to space technology. Established in 1947 after the Roswell incident.  The mission of PROJECT PLUTO was to recover all crashed or downed alien craft, to recover all evidence of alien presence or technology, and to recover all alien bodies (alive or dead). PROJECT PLUTO developed cover stories to satisfy press and civilian curiosity. PROJECT PLUTO was authorized to use deadly force and/or relocation to ensure secrecy.  PROJECT PLUTO was responsible for and biological intelligence of the Alien Life Forms.

1972: Project Snowbird

Snowbird is the project that has to do with test flights with alien crafts. (Stealth, Aurora). As such it is a sub-project of Aquarius (Gleem Project) / Moondust Project According to M.W. Cooper, Snowbird is not the actual project to test fly alien crafts but was established, instead, as a cover for Redlight Project. Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been the SNOWBIRD craft. Established in 1972.  The mission of PROJECT SNOWBIRD was to test fly a recovered alien craft.  The project was ongoing the last time I saw this information.

Material published on the Serpo site in August 2006 mentions project NOMAD. It allegedly is a highly classified project to study alien species. Not much else is known. Note that other sources mention the existence of a similar project in the past, which was called the Bando Project.

1. According to the late MW Cooper, Project GARNET is the project responsible for the control of all information and documents regarding UFOs and the presence of aliens on earth. It is also responsible for the accountability of the information and documents. Other sources, too, refer to project Garnet as a project to collect all possible information with regard to UFOs and the presence of aliens on Earth. 2002: Project Gleam

Material published on the Serpo site in August 2006 mentions a project GLEAM which would be a project to communicate with the alien “visitors” that the US Government interacts with. The communication system would consist of a complex, highly classified series of relay stations and satellites that are also used in the “Echelon” project. At least part of the technology would have been provided by the “visitors.” It would first have been tested in 2002. Note that no other source mentions this project. Instead, all other sources refer to projects Sigma and Plato as the projects that deal with communications with extraterrestrials. However, as these sources are ‘older,’ there still is a possibility that Gleam would be a new name or a new subproject.

2002: Project Delta

According to MW Cooper, DELTA, or DELTA FORCE, is the designation for the specific arm of the NRO which is especially trained and tasked with security of UFO-related projects. Most sources agree that Delta force e.g. is the unit that provides security at Area 51 and other high-security complexes. Information that was leaked from the Pentagon and published on the Serpo site (www.serpo.org) in August 2006 claims there is a PROJECT DELTA. It allegedly is a highly classified project to develop methods to extract specific material from alien spacecraft. This project is attempting to take materials from known alien artifacts and determine the exact makeup of these materials. It would have been launched, or rather first tested, in 2002.

Operation Blue Fly

Bluefly also spelled Blue Fly, which is the name of a subproject of the Moondust-program (which is the name of a framework of programs that are UFO-related). It is an action plan to immediately move newly found highly-technological materials (from UFO-crashes, etc.) that are important to the secret services, to the FTD (Foreign Technology Division). 1959: Project Sigma

Project Sigma is the name of the project that deals with contact and communication with alien civilizations. It is believed that it started under Pres. Eisenhower. Bill Cooper claimed SIGMA is the project which first established communications with the aliens and is still responsible for communications. This first official contact would have been made in 1953. Like in the movie “independence day,” huge ships were detected in orbit, and contact was made. This would lead to Plato Project and project Serpo (the exchange of ambassadors). Project Bando was established in 1949 and has to do with studying the alien bodies and survivors that were found at sites where UFOs had crashed. More specifically, it dealt with collecting and evaluating the biological information obtained from alien beings, either survivors or the bodies. It was said that they were examined to determine evolutionary information for medical researchers. Project Sign, just like project Grudge, is an earlier version of  Project Project Blue Book. Project Sign was the first project to officially investigate UFOs.under MAJESTIC TWELVE It was short-lived: it was started in 1948 and already by the end of 1948 it was succeeded by Project Grudge. The main reason for this is that by fall 1948 the project Sign team had come to the conclusion that UFOs were most likely extraterrestrial ships. Declassified on July 23, 1997, Project Grudge was originally released in August of 1949 as a SECRET Technical Report (NO 102-AC 49/15-100) by the headquarters of the Air Materiel Command, Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton Ohio. Approved by Lt. Col. Hemstreet and Col. Watson, it is 406 pages long and covers a large number of UFO sightings along with investigation analysis, conclusions, and supplementary reports. Overall, it is just the basic background work on pedestrian UFO sightings by many credible military witnesses. No discussion of crashes, alien bodies, or the other TOP SECRET material found in more classified reports — just the way you would expect it. 1992: Abductees

At the 1992 MIT Conference on abductions, Mark Rodeghier proposed the following definition of abductees: To qualify as an abductee, a person must be taken against his or her will, from terrestrial surroundings, by non-human beings. These beings must take a person to an enclosed place, non-terrestrial in appearance, that is assumed or known to be a spacecraft by the witness. In this place, the person must either be subjected to a physical examination, engaged in communication, verbal or telepathic, or both.
