In 1952, a large scale naval operation attracted the attention of several UFOs and unidentified submerged objects. Multiple credible military witnesses saw them and rumors say General Dwight Eisenhower was also present. Called Operation Mainbrace (September 14-25, 1952), this naval exercise organized by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) involved armed forces from the United States, the UK, Canada, France, Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Approximately 80,000 men aboard 1,000 planes and 200 ships participated in a display of force meant to demonstrate NATO’s effectiveness in the event of the Soviet Union attacking western Europe. This massive operation caught the eye of everyone in the vicinity and, apparently, not all of them were human. The first two incidents occurred during the first day of […] Read More

By Bonnie Meroth news@seacoastonline.com EXETER – Engulfed in the blackness of a late summer night, a teenage Navy recruit walked down the quiet country highway. Suddenly, a huge object loomed above him. Throwing himself to the ground to avoid being hit, he huddled against a stone wall. The blood drained from his face. The time was around 2 a.m. The date was Sept. 3, 1965. Thus began the “Incident at Exeter,” a series of sightings officially qualified as a legitimate visit from an unidentified flying object. In September and October 1965, several sightings in New Hampshire were carefully investigated and documented by local and federal offices. The encounters that night took special precedence over other UFO sightings because of the credibility of Exeter police […] Read More

01-31-98 From: Mark Farmer After making a real pain of myself and as a finishing flourish to my over-gestated “Nellis: Story of a Superbase/Jewels of the Nellis Range” features for Jane’s Defense Weekly, my big, bald self penetrated deeply into the Range Complex to completely survey and photograph all installations and observe Red Flag operations… in the backseat of a USAF F-16D! With Col. T-Bone Rake, Commanding Officer of the 414th CTS “Aggressors” (probably the best fighter pilots in the world and the only ones to wear the Red Star, Hammer and Sickle), at the stick, we blasted off to the north of Nellis along the western side of the Range (call sign MiG-5). A group of French Mirage 2000Ns were supposed to join […] Read More

TRANSCRIPT OF BERGSTROM AFB INTERVIEW OF BETTY CASH, VICKIE & COLBY LANDRUM August 1981 Part 1 of 2 TRANSCRIPT of a taped interview held at Bergstrom Air Force Base Law Library Building 2102, 17 August 1981, between Betty Cash, Vicki Landrum, Colby Landrum and representatives of the United States Air Force in the persons of Captain John Camp, Acting Staff Judge Advocate, Captain Terry Davis, Claims Officer, and Miss Pat Wolf, Assistant Claims Officer. COMMENT by CUFONSM SYSOP We are very lucky to have been provided a copy of this tape by Betty Cash herself. The Cash – Landrum case is undisputedly one of the classic UFO sighting/physical trace cases. It assumes great importance because of the traces left behind by the unknown object in […] Read More
WASHINGTON (Oct. 27) NASA has agreed to search its archives once again for documents on a 1965 UFO incident in Pennsylvania, a step the space agency fought in federal court. The government has refused to open its files about what, if anything, moved across the sky and crashed in the woods near Kecksburg, Pa., 40 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. Traffic was tied up in the area as curiosity seekers drove to the area, only to be kept away from the crash site by soldiers. The Air Force’s explanation for the unidentified flying object: a meteor or meteors. “They could not find anything,” one Air Force memo stated after a late-night search on Dec. 9, 1965. Several NASA employees also were reported to have been […] Read More
While most sights described as UFOs turn out to be misidentified known natural and artificial phenomena, many hundreds do not. It is these that form the core of the UFO mystery. That UFOs constitute a distinct category of describable sights is based on hundreds of highly detailed and consistent descriptions by professionals (especially airline and military pilots) of their close-up, broad daylight observations of unique flying machines. This is supported by the permanent files of the U. S. Air Force‘s Project Blue Book UFO investigation (1948-1969). Of 572 cases admittedly unidentified (and not simply lacking sufficient information), 15% (85) are from military pilots, most of them the USAF’s own. Adding to them the unexplained sightings by commercial airline and professional test pilots, the figure […] Read More
James McDonald, Statement on UFOs to U.S. House Committee on Science and Aeronautics, 1968 Symposium on UFOs The skeptic who asks this question, and many do, is asking a very reasonable question. With so much radar equipment deployed all over the world, and especially within the United States, it seems sensible to expect that, if there are any airborne devices maneuvering in our airspace, they ought to show up on radars once in a while. They do indeed and have been doing so for all of the two decades that radar has been in widespread use. Here, as with so many other general misconceptions about the true state of the UFO problem, we encounter disturbingly large amounts of misinformation. As with other categories of […] Read More
by Milton William Cooper During the years following World War II the government of the United States was confronted with a series of events which were to change beyond prediction its future and with it the future of humanity. These events were so incredible that they defied belief. A stunned President Truman and his two Military Commanders found themselves virtually impotent after having just won the most devastating and costly war in history. The United States had developed, used, and was the only nation on Earth in possession of the atomic bomb which alone had the potential to destroy any enemy, and even the Earth itself. At that time the United States had the best economy, the most advanced technology, the highest standard of […] Read More
SPECIAL RELEASE: AQUARIUS IS UFO PROJECT, SAYS NSA PARANET ALPHA 04/01 No, this is not an April Fool joke. Nor, by the way, is it the full extent of the Big Breakthrough. But its a good start. Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS) is reporting that the NSA has CONFIRMED that the US Air Force project code-named Aquarius is UFO-oriented. In their latest CAUS BULLETIN, editors Barry Greenwood and Lawrence Fawcett state the following: One of our members, Clifford Stone, received copies of letters sent to Senators John Glenn and Peter Domenici affirming that this was so. Stone requested the assistance of the Senators when the NSA became balky at responding to his requests on Aquarius. This comes as a striking reversal to previous statements […] Read More
