On the Serpo site, the “Yellow Book” or “Bible” is described as “the alien’s history of our universe written by the aliens themselves as well as their interactions and involvement with Earth’s development/evolution. It was brought to Earth and presented to the U.S. government at the famous Holloman AFB landing in April 1964 by female Ebe #2 which was also translated by her.”
According to Richard Boylan, “the Yellow Book is reported to actually be a sort of holographic compact disk, which can project images of the information it contains. It is alleged to contain references to Biblical events, even including a holographic depiction of the crucifixion of Christ.”
One of the extraterrestrial civilizations that the US Government has secret dealings with would have given it to the US Government. Chances are that the information about Yellow Book actually is disinformation, as many of the predictions it contains have failed to materialize. This is, e.g., the case with most predictions of events in the 1990s
Dan Burisch claims that J-Rod was the source of the Yellow Book, which puts things in a different perspective as J-Rod would have been, at least according to Burisch, a visitor from the future. The ‘predictions‘ that Yellow Book contains, therefore, would have been collected in the future as things that had happened in their past. Again, however, it is important to stress that many of the predictions have thus far failed to happen.
The late Bill Cooper, in the ‘Crill Report‘, claims that O.H. Crill, an exchange ambassador from Tiphon in Draco, was one of the main sources of information for the Yellow Book.
